            The first day that I took the car to the shop (RodsMods in *****,**) was November 23. Once I noticed there was still a problem, I took the car back on November 25th and 26th to have the issue resolved. The service I was seeking was a tune up, which costed $200. When I picked my car up, the issue was still not resolved, so I just waiting until I got home here in ******* to get it fixed, which in turn costed me $750 ($300 as a deposit and $450, final payment) The mechanic who fixed it in ******* showed me my spark plugs, and RodsMods never changed them, even though I purchased spark plugs.

            Good morning my name is ***************************** the owner at RodsMods LLC in ***** ** Im responding to a letter I received in the mail about a complaint I was not aware of whatsoever I received a picture from the customer December 10, 2022 of some spark plugs that were fairly new in the picture so I dont understand the issue.

            I am rejecting this response because:He is still trying to say that the plugs are new when you can clearly see the difference and came with 
            I bought them like that not true the should all look the same if he changed them he did say he would do a refund and thats fine too I also paid for my own parts as you can see with the receipt.

            I spoke to the customer the day I sent the email about the situation and offered him a full refund of $200 of the first work done to the vehicle he agreed to accept refund when he comes back to ***** **.

            I am rejecting this response because: thats if we come to work back that way thats on my company its other way to send money Im pretty sure he knows that they have zelle,PayPal cash app and etc. I sent my money to him and I dont think me having to drive 9 hrs is the right thing to do.
