**BUYER BEWAR**Letters from the *** to pull our weeds. Out of control weeds 2 weeks AFTER Weed Man serviced. This has been an ongoing issue for 4-5 months now.

This company is extremely difficult to work with. Sometimes they meet their commitments, most of the time they dont. The companys lack of communication with the customer is my biggest issue. Next year Ill look elsewhere for service, dont waste your time or money here!!

I've used ******* for a couple of years now. It was always kind of hit or miss but promising at times. At our current house, they promised to get the ****** grass and weeds under control as well as help with fertilization and growth. Haven't really gotten either. The weeds are still coming back, the ****** grass is actually worse. I asked for someone experienced to come out to discuss my issues with growth, weeds, the overpopulation of ****** grass and my perceived lack of product being applied during treatments (there are cameras around the house and have noticed the lackadaisical approach to applying the product). The first question was how often the yard was cut. I said every week to two weeks depending on growth. His response was grass should be cut every **** days. Not sure why this was entirely relevant since my yard is generally maintained within that window. Furthermore, if there's little to no growth, then cutting will do no good. The manager that came out basically insinuated that it was my fault, that this was a partnership between client and provider.I wanted them to apply additional applications per the agreement (the second time that I had to request this and was never previously completed) and come up with a better plan that suits my property and instead I got a lecture that I didn't ask for even though I politely made it clear I was inordinately busy and that I just needed them to do what they were hired to do but the response was that because I didn't want to sit there and listen to him drone on for an extended length of time listening to his inane commentary that maybe we were not a good fit. You sir are correct, I find ******** services to not be a good fit and I would not recommend your products and services. I would actively discourage others from pursuing products and services from ******** as well.

Very dishonest and unreliable company! Prepaid for services via credit card in amount of $200.64 on October 15, 2022. Services included 3 treatments through December 2022. First treatment was at the end of October. Requested a follow up treatment or inspection/spot reapplication last week of October. Never received service! Called every week in November to inquire why this service was not completed and was finally PROMISED it would be complete by Thanksgiving. DID NOT HAPPEN! Also was told last service would occur in early December 2022. Also DID NOT HAPPEN (I further believe the second treatment needed to occur before final treatment). Extremely frustrated with company! Lastly, they charged my credit card for services for 2023 in the amount of $409.00 for next year which I DID NOT AUTHORIZE! Seeking refund of $200.63 for 2022 for breach of services. Seeking refund of $409 for 2023 which I did not authorize. It only makes sense that I would no longer like to do business with them when they lied about completing services in 2022.
