We live in Houston and couldn’t find roofers with good reviews. I contacted Mr, Richard ********* with Hidalgo Roofing and my husband and I were very impressed on how detailed he was about explaining the process of getting our new roof. He even suggested the color, which we are so happy he did cause it turned out beautiful!. The crew was here early in the morning and they completed the job and cleaned up everything at the end. We highly recommend Hidalgo Roofing.

Hidalgo Roofing & Remodeling did a fantastic job on my parent's home. Richard made sure all went smoothly with my parent's insurance, *** and guided us through the whole process. A new beautiful roof replaced the damaged one within 2 days. I can now relax and go back home to Croatia knowing my parents feel safe with their new roof. If I could give more stars I would, Richard with Hidalgo Roofing went above and beyond to make sure I got my insurance to cover my roof after a windstorm last year. Although State Farm fought tooth and nail to avoid giving me a total roof replacement, Richard and his team did an excellent job in dealing with them and I, and he walked me through every step of the process. He is well-informed and does a great job explaining the process to a beginner like myself. Once we got to the actual repair, his team finished my entire roof in a day and a half! I was very impressed with their turnaround time and my roof and my house look great! I highly recommend them to anyone needing a top tier contractor to fix or replace their roof!

The two most important words in any relationship are trust and communication. Both describe my experience with Hidalgo Roofing & Remodeling. Our mobile home in McAllen suffered significant damage during the storm last April. The high winds literally ripped off the roof, blew down the front awning, damaged the carport, and wreaked havoc on the skirting. To make matters worse, we were traveling in the Philippines at the time. We contacted Richard from the Philippines and he went over the contract and details going forward. He told us the first thing he was going to do was inspect the property, take photos, and put temporary roofing on the home to prevent further damage. And when the insurance appraisal wasn't sufficient to cover repairs and/or replacement Richard explained the process to appeal. His understanding of the insurance industry and claims process were invaluable. Because of our initial conversations I was convinced Hidalgo Roofing & Remodeling was the right company for the job. Our trust and confidence in Richard were well placed. Equally important was the constant contact we had with Richard even while still overseas. And after returning to the states, he would always call within minutes of our texts or phone calls to him. Richard and the Hidalgo Roofing team are conscientious and trustworthy and so it is without reservation I recommend them. If you need roofing or remodeling give Richard a call, you have nothing to lose and much to gain.

Richard and his team from Hidalgo Roofing was the best call I made when our roof sustained hail and wind damage. Richard was a great help in helping me understand my claim, my damage and the scope of work he was going to do. Our roof was done on time, workers were clean and knowledgeable and I was completely satisfied with the work. He answered all of our questions (and there were many!) throughout the entire process and provided his expertise. His crew was so professional and very detailed. Hidalgo Roofing did an outstanding job on our roof replacement. The project took less than three days and looks great. At the end of each day the crew would pick up all the debris discarded that day. The workmen were all very hardworking and polite. Most importantly, they were given request breaks to refresh given the high temperature. We are very pleased and highly recommend Hidalgo Roofing.

Mr ********** was very professional and explained in detail the steps and procedures. His crew did a good job at at getting my roof shingles removed and replaced in about a day and a few hours. The roof looks great!!!!
