            Transaction Date: 05/24/2023 Amount of Money Paid RaceTrac: $40.00 What the business provided to provide to you: ******* card with $40.00 on the card; activated with receipt showing as such.What the nature of the dispute is: I tried to use the card on **** and **** stated that the reason I could not use the card was because it's got zero funds. I was advised that I should go to the store for the store to VOID the transaction and give me the money back, that they do not see any funding for the card. Though confused because my receipt showed activated with forty dollars, I went to the store and presented my issue with the representative who happened to be the one who sold me the card. He was in the process of validating my complaint when a colleague of his who had come to help the line was seen engaging with a customer "as if I had used the card and coming back to get refund"; he took the phone and told me I will have to leave the store or he will call the police or CT me. I was like how? He's trying to even find out if what I am saying is true. Within moment, the police were there, conferred with him. The Police told me I needed to leave the store or go to jail. Though I questioned why, I left thinking ************************* was killed over 20 dollars in my head. It was not pleasant.Whether the business has tried to resolve the issue: I called the RaceTrac customer service who referred me to **********. The rep there referred me to ***************************** ******************** and no help. ***** Police also mentioned I could go to any other RaceTrac location for help so I went to the one on the other side of highway 75, met the manager there but no help because I can only get help from store ****. No help yet.Transaction number: ****** on 5/24/2023
