November 8th 2018 I started using Net Debt to assist with resolving three (3) credit card payments. When I contacted Net Debt I was told that I can make monthly payments to pay my credit card debt. Net Debt told me they would contact each of my credit card company to reach a settlement and I can begin making monthly payments towards my credit card. Per our agreement I was able to make all payments for my Citibank and Bank of America credit card completing the payments for both cards in June 2021. My third credit card bill which is my Discover card I began making monthly payments June 2021. I originally was paying $250 monthly then increased my monthly payments to $350 in October 2021. I received a letter from Discover credit card attorneys saying my account was in collection and Discover would like to make a payment arrangement. I then contacted Net Debt since I was making monthly payments to them for my Discover card debt and was advised not to contact Discover because they would contact Discover and advise them of the payment plan I had with Net Debt, Net Debt said to continue making all payments to them in regards to my bill.I continued to receive letters from Discover card and contacted Net Debt numerous times inquiring why Discover card was not receiving the payments I was making and why my Discover debt was not decreasing since I was paying Net Debt $350 monthly. I was repeatedly told by Net Debt that they would contact Discover card and settle the debt. I am still receiving letters from Discover and was told by Discover card that they have not received any funds that I paid to Net Debt in regards to my account. Net Debt is still taking the $350 monthly from my account. I would like to know what the payment arrangement was that they made with Discover and why haven't Discover received my payments that I have made since June 2021. I was told by Net Debt October 2021 that if I increased my payment I would complete my Discover payment June 2022.
