On July 2, 2024, I paid $650 for an immediate partial denture to be made. When I finally had the appointment to have the teeth pulled almost three months later, on September 23, I discovered that the partial was made for the wrong teeth, so they took an x-ray to confirm their mistake, which was the only thing that happened at my appointment in their office that day. I was charged for the x-ray that day even though I had paid for their annual discount plan, so it should have been free. I told the front desk person, ******, that I did not trust that office anymore, and I would have to think about whether I would be continuing to use their services. I told her that I would call when I had made a decision and that I would schedule an appointment or request a refund at that time.I requested a refund on October 17, 2024, and I was told that it could take up to 8 weeks. I have called regularly during the past month. No one from the office has ever called me or contacted me about the status of my refund. I went in to the office on January 16, to speak with the manager, Ande, and she acted like she knew nothing about this, which indicates that they had been lying to me every time that I called, and they had taken no action to provide a refund. Ande told me that she would call me by the end of the day. She did not. Then I called her on January 21, and she told me that she would call me back that day, and she did not. This office made a mistake, and I am paying for it. They have never apologized, and they have wasted so many hours of my time dealing with this. I want my money back. Please help.

I, **** ******, was referred to the ****************** office of Perfect teeth for an appointment on 08/24/2023 for a level 4 cleaning. I arrived earlier than scheduled and proceeded to wait for 2 hours for my 10:00am appointment to commence. My dental needs were assessed and while waiting for the cleaning appointment to begin, I was presented with $3,500.00 estimate for dental work to be done. I was expected to sign off on this estimate, which I did not. I advised that the treatment plan / estimate would have to be scaled back and proceeded to remove non-urgent items. After being told that my insurance was paying half of the $650.00 estimate. The hygienist came back at approximately 12:15pm, spent about 30 minutes cleaning my teeth and gums and sent me off with a fluoride rinse and toothpaste. I was then told at the time of checkout and reappointment that my total for today was $637.00, due immediately. I objected, indicating that I understood from the dental tech that presented me the estimate my insurance was responsible for at least half of that amount and signed the estimate under those provisions. The Front desk person indicated that yes, my insurance was paying for half and my half was the remainder, $637.00. I advised that I could only pay for half of the amount, and did so ($318.00). I later cancelled my reappointment with them. After two weeks, I followed up with *****, my dental insurance provider. I called prefect teeth, and asked why a claim had not been sent to Cigna. They indicated that they had indeed sent it, but it must have gotten lost. I again called Cigna. They have not received any claims from perfect teeth. I asked them how I could submit a claim to them myself and they instructed me on how to do this. I have sent the claim to Cigna for payment, but am now being harassed by Perfect Teeth for the remainder of my balance due, an amount that should have been covered by my insurance if they were honest and truthful in their billing practice.

My son went in for the ortho at Perfect Teeth for Kids for ortho work. I paid in full up front with my previous insurance for his treatment. There was no change to his ortho work, only the fact he was not seen for 6 months because they didn't have an ortho to help him progress with his treatment. I ended up consulting with another ortho and moved him over, where they had to re-do his ortho treatment because it was terrible. I ended having to pay up front for more treatment. Perfect Teeth had the audacity to try and send my a bill for $1,008.79 claiming insurance didn't pay for it, when NO TREATMENT CHANGED OR PROGRESSED and I PAID IN FULL UP FRONT! They are sending us to collections after I have called multiple time to headquarters and Brident and no one has ever called me back or followed up on this situation. In fact, I feel like they should be paying us that amount not us paying for terrible service and treatment.

In November 2021 I experienced excruciating and debilitating tooth pain that led to the removal of said tooth at Perfect Teeth. I only had partial ******** at the time and clearly communicated that I had $0 to pay, and was unsure if ******** would cover the whole cost for the **** ***** The doctor himself offered pro **** work due to my level of pain. 3 years later, and I am receiving a $353 bill for those services. They refuse to send it to collections so I can pay it off at a lower amount (I can not and have never been able to pay this bill AND THEY KNEW THAT). They refuse to cease and desist communication because "they are not debt collectors." Which is illegal. All in all, I believe they wrongfully charged me and fed me lies as a business AND a doctor, and are now wrongfully billing and harassing me causing me mental strain. ***** on these "providers." They don't care about anything but $$$.

I came in originally for two chipped front teeth, I had no pain prior to these visits. they convinced me that I needed two crowns along with a lot more treatment. They ended up doing two more crowns and all the teeth they worked on are currently in pain. One ended up being so painful I had to get a root canal from a separate endodontist. I called them and let them know while I was there that all they did was create pain in my mouth and the only resolution they had for me was to schedule my next visit with a different dental assistant. I spent close to 4000 dollars and all they did was create pain in my mouth.

I use to receive dental services from **************** in 2019. I began receiving a bill for services that are not listed on the actual bill. I have spoken to **************** before and was told that when they installed a new system I did have a bill but when I paid it their old system did not remove the amount I owed and had paid. So now I have been receiving a bill since 2020 it was $100 now it's $249.94. I have attempted to speak with Perfect Teeth financial department to no avail, I was also told that I'm in collections but It is not on my credit report or I would have contacted the courts. So I am asking that you help me resolve this matter. I do not owe them any money, it is not on my credit report and I have been receiving harassing bills for the past four years now and I want it to stop. I have also requested a detailed statement stating what services was provided and when it was provided.

In July of 2024, I started receiving a $775 bill from Perfect Teeth's Boulder, CO office. The dates of service listed on the bill are 1/23/2024 & 2/1/2024. I called my dental insurance company, to discuss the bill, & was told the following.1/23/2024: I saw a Perfect Teeth provider on 1/22/2024 & paid my copay that day. My insurance company paid Perfect Teeth ******* their portion for 1/22/2024. I therefore do not owe anything, for 1/22/2024, as per the contract between Perfect Teeth ************ insurance company. Since I did NOT see a provider on 1/23/2024, the $15 I'm being billed for this date of service appears to be fraudulent.2/1/2024: Perfect Teeth Boulder needs to correctly resubmit this claim. When the claim is resubmitted, an ***************** needs to be included for tooth 19 AND an ***************** needs to be included for tooth 20. ALSO, code D2950 needs to be included on the resubmittal, for tooth 19 AND tooth 20, so the insurance company can pay out for this service. I do not owe any of the $760 I'm being billed for 2/1/2024.I spoke with the office manager @ Perfect Teeth Boulder on 8/2/2024 & relayed what needs to be done, to clear my account, as per the insurance company. Since then, I have received the same incorrect bill, for $775, 4 more times. I have called the Boulder office numerous times & each time have been routed to the *****************. The ***************** folks say they will have someone in the ******* office return my call, but my calls have not been returned. I've also sent an email to the Boulder office & received no reply. I also WENT to the Boulder office & left a printed document, for the office manager, detailing what needs to be done, to clear my account.Since it's not possible to speak with someone in the ******* *************************** email & personal visit to the Boulder office resulted in nothing - & the bills keep coming - I am filing this complaint.

Billing issue:My wife visited for a check up on 6/2/2024.Physician were nice, but they gave a rinse ($32)without informing me that I would be charged for that. The front desk checked us out without a walkout letter or informing/charging us for a product, and a month later, it is sent on my statement. Now they want me to pay or it will go to collection. Spoke to them personally as well. They are not willing to own up to their mistakes while recognizing they let mecwalk out without paying. Now, to protect my credit, I am forced to pay.

This is an issue of billing error on the part of Perfect Teeth that I have tried to resolve through phone calls for several months. I had dental work done by Perfect Teeth and Brident in January, 2024. The procedures were not covered by my insurance, so I paid at the time of the services in full. The accountants I speak to agree that I don't owe Perfect Teeth or Brident (their partner company) any money, but they can't resolve it and clear out my account....hence, the bill has been sent to a collections agency which now has sent me 5 letters over the past 3 months saying I have this debt...owing Perfect Teeth $892.89. My chief concern is that this will unfairly damage my credit.
