We are very pleased with service received from Plano Overhead Garage Door. The service technician listened carefully and then restated my needs so I knew he understood the problems. He got everything reprogrammed and working. We have used them in the past and will call upon them in the future. Definitely recommend them.Review from Silvia C

If you HAVE any garage door needs or repairs this is the place to go. Called to schedule a repair on my garage doors. The appointment was made within 2 days. Service technician was polite, efficient, professional, informative, proactive with other concerns for the other garage doors that weren't being serviced. Pricing was appropriate. We called Plano Overhead Garage Door after our really old garage door gave up. We were drawn to the company because of the wonderful ratings and reviews and Ill add to it. They sent ******* ***** to us same day. He was very friendly, informative and gave us a good estimate. Next day, **** ****** did the installation. There was never a doubt that hes a pro and knows his job. He was friendly, explained everything and was open to questions. He did an outstanding job. Plano Overhead Garage Door came on 10/09/2024 to service my garage door as it would not close. The technician was very knowledgeable and personable. He fixed the door and did maintenance and it works great. He also gave me options of what needed to be done and did not. Great company to work with from calling to schedule my appointment and notifying me when my technician was on his way via text message. They replaced the garage motor and spring as everything was over 20 years old. The tech went over everything with me what he did and explained since this was new technology compared to my old opener. I would highly recommend them if youre in need of a garage repair.Review from Jennifer C

Happily surprised with same day service. Got a text with the photo of the tech and their bio prior to arrival. **** was efficient and explained everything. I opted for a new motor vs repair since my opener was so old. Thanks for making this a good experience. Highly recommend. I love working with Plano Overhead Garage door. They are ALWAYS nice, professional, and efficiency. It is not often that you find a company that does great work and they have great employees from customer ********************** to the technician.
