I was double-charged for services from Oxefit over several months, with charges billed via two separate accounts: one through ***** subscriptions and another directly from Oxefit. Despite multiple requests for cancellation and refunds, the charges continued without my consent. Oxefits customer service repeatedly assured me that the issue would be resolved, but refunds were never issued. I have now successfully canceled the subscriptions but am still owed refunds for the duplicate and unauthorized charges.Complaint Details:I own an Oxefit workout machine and experienced recurring charges from two sources:1. ***** Subscriptions: $52.99 monthly, totaling $211.96 (4 charges).2. Direct Charges from Oxefit: $49.99 monthly, totaling $399.92 (8 charges).Total Double Charges: $611.88.Compensation for Time Spent: $125.00 (5 hours at $25/hour).Total Amount Sought: $736.88.Resolution Sought:1. A full refund for the total duplicate and unauthorized charges of $611.88.2. Compensation of $125.00 for the time spent resolving this issue.3. On 07/18/24, I paid for an Oxefit system. Delivery was promised in two weeks. Two months later (and two dozen emails trying to get the equipement delivered), I cancelled the order and requested a refund. The customer service was ******** - always promising action, never delivering. My request was acknowledged, and I was told the matter would go to accounts, but no refund came through. I made a phone call during business hours and the only option was to leave a message. I left a message. No followup from the company. One month later, still no refund! This is outrageous. Is Oxefit a scam or a legitimate business?? Because it's operating like a scam. I want my money refunded and for this silly transaction to be done.Initial Complaint

I purchased oxefit gym equipment over 3 months ago. Contacting oxefit one month later after purchase stating equipment has not arrived requesting a refund. They then stated they will issue a refund to my personal account and loan provider which they have not. I am still getting messages from my loan provider stating there is a monthly payment due. I contacted oxefit several times there is no response and this is effecting my credit. I will need some legal assistance or refund as my credit is being effected.Initial Complaint

I purchased XS1 in early October for $5,998.00, paying with a loan from ******. After a definitive ship date could not be confirmed, I canceled the order on October 29th and was told that a refund would be issued within 30 days. I still have not received a refund and Oxefit is no longer responding to my inquiries. I am about to make a 2nd payment to Affirm for equipment I do not have because the order was canceled. I am past the 30 days and want my Affirm account refunded. I have read that this is a regular occurrence with this company.Initial Complaint

I bought a OXEFIT system in Jan 2024 and during the delivery OXEFIt WHITE ************* team delivered the system to my basement.. they dragged the machine in my entryway/ and stairs down to y basement leaving marks and damages to my floors, I have made multiple requests and spoke to numerous people at OXEFIt. they have send multiple teams to look into the damages but are not fixing it. I was told OXEFIT does not have an insurance to cover it and the folks whom I spoke to are very rude and challenging. They have all the information and since 3 months not faking my phone calls or answering my texts and emails. Very bad company to deal with.Initial Complaint

In June 2024, I ******* decided to invest in Oxefit equipment to enhance my fitness regimen. I chose to finance this purchase through Affirm, which resulted in monthly payments of approximately $500.00.Initially excited about my decision, I soon found myself caught in a web of delays and excuses from Oxefit. The company continually cited supply chain issues as the cause for the delays, but as months passed, it became clear that something was amiss. I tried to remain patient, understanding the widespread supply chain challenges many businesses face, but my patience began to wear thin.After enduring several months of delays and vague explanations, I reached my breaking point on October 21, 2023. Frustrated and disappointed, I contacted Oxefit to request a refund. I was given assurances that my refund would be expedited due to the numerous problems I had already encountered with my *********, more than 30 days later, I am still waiting for my refund to be processed. To add to my frustration, I am still obligated to make monthly payments for equipment that has never been delivered. This situation has been incredibly disheartening, causing significant financial strain and emotional stress. The entire experience has left me feeling deeply disappointed and questioning the reliability of Oxefits customer service, and ********************** as a company.Customer response

Date of transaction: 9/2/2024 Amount of money: $5625.75 Commitment: OXEFIT XS1 with Accessory Tree with shipping in 1-3 weeks.Dispute: Shortly after the order was placed I was informed that my order was now on back order and will take 3 months to be delivered with my only compensation being given 3 extra months of online subscription which costs the company nothing. I decided that it wasnt worth it and proceeded to cancel the order on October 2. I have been waiting on an update about my refund status for over ********************************************************************** limbo missing almost $6000 dollars. ************* has escalated to the *** multiple times with no response.Initial Complaint

June 2024 I order the OxeFit Xs1 gym machine, the website said it ships in 2 weeks. I used the ***** loan service on the OxeFit website. After waiting 2 months and already being billed twice by ***** I still had no product and no shipping date. I canceled my order and was told Ill be refunded since I never had the order delivered. Im still being billed for a product I never got. *** paid atleast 4 payments.Business response

Customer's order, ********, has had their refund processed as of today 11/07/2024. The refund taking place will be from OxeFit to Affirm, then Affirm will refund payments that the customer has made. The amount refunded will be reflected in the customer's account in a few days time.Initial Complaint

On July 22, 2024 I made a purchase with OXEFit for their XS1 exercise machine. They offered a way to finance thru a company called ******. I have used them many times. Early the next morning July 23rd 2024 I received an email with the specifications of the machine. My husband went and measured the rooms and thats when I realized it would not fit in any of our rooms. It was way too large. At 5:44 am on the 23rd of July 2024 I looked up OXEFITs cancellation policy and canceled my order. At 11:08 a.m. July 23rd I received an email from *** with OXEFIT saying he would get me a refund within 30 days. On July 25th I received an email from **** ***** from OXEFIT with the Oxe Train Fitness Assessment (a program I purchased with the machine) wanting me to meet the trainer. I sent back an email saying I canceled that order. She emailed back on the 26th and said she was sorry I had to cancel and would make a note of it. On August 6th 2024 I received an email saying OXEFIT gave me a refund of $100.00. I was confused why it was only for $100 dollars. This is when I started calling and emailing OXEFIT but no one would answer my calls or emails. I called Affirm and started a dispute against OXEFIT. On August 15th I received an email from Affirm showing they received my evidence for the dispute. On August 29 I received an email from affirm saying they received a response from OXEFIT and the next step will be to are a decision. On September 2nd I received an email from Affirm saying the went with the merchant in the dispute and that I was responsible to pay back the $6,337.62. I went on my Affirm account and resubmitted a new dispute 0n September 5th 2024. I have made multiple calls to Affirm with them constantly giving me the run around. I have also made constant calls to OXEFIT with no call backs. On September 27, I received a call from a lady named ******* from OXEFIT. I missed the call and she left a voicemail. I have called this lady back and left multiple voicemails with no return calls. I called Affirm again on October 4th to check on the status of my reopened dispute. They informed me that it was denied and again went with the merchant. Told me that if I didnt make a payment they would completely ruin my credit. I have done everything I was asked to do. I no longer know what else to do. I have never received a product from OXEFIT nor a refund. Affirm sends me a text every day threatening to turn me into a collection agency.
