    Texas Pure Products in *****, ** has discriminated against our company, in favor of another business. Refusing service after promising to provide services, in favor of benefiting a competitor in the area.

    I was made aware of this issue by my Sales Manager on the day of the occurrence. She was visiting an established customer with a new product they would potentially have interest in selling to their customers. At that meeting, ********* Roses visited this customer and noticed our product and expressed interest. They were a customer of the business we were visiting. After the meeting, ********* Roses contacted my Sales Manager. They may have gotten her contact information from her car in the parking lot. They requested to buy direct from us bypassing our established customer. This is a very challenging position we are in. We waited to see if our customer decided to carry the product, which they did. Because of that, we did not feel it was appropriate to sell direct to ********* Roses given the circumstances of how they discovered us. Had they not, we would have felt more comfortable selling this product direct to them. On January 25 and 26, they left two negative reviews on ******* I responded to both with my email and asked if they could send me their contact information so we could speak in more detail. I have not yet had a response. On Monday, February 6 at 9:43am, I left a voicemail asking to discuss this issue using the number included in the complaint and have not yet received a call back at the time of this response.
