    I used their service to get rid of rat activity at our rental property. After paying them over $1400 and two months later, the issue still exists and they keep rescheduling our follow up appointments and/or not reply to my texts or emails.I wish I had seen all of the bad reviews posted within the past year. I would have stayed away from this company! Stay away from them!!

    Very unsatisfied with this company. I paid for bedbug treatment for 2 rooms and paid A extra 100 dollars for a 3 mont warranty. Whe I saw a couple of bed bugs still in my bedroom I called and made an appointment with a 8-12pm time frame that the tech would be coming to my house on a scheduled day . .when it got well past the time frame I tried calling on when the tech might show up . *** THEY. HARDLY EVER ANSWER THE PHONE I have to text them ...when they text me back they gave me no indication whatsoever what time the tech might be at my house !What happened to my time frame they gave me ? I waited until like 3:40 and tried texting them again . This time their reply was I could just reschedule !!I did not want to reschedule. I already had prepared my bedroom to be treated again! Then I called them and a Rude lady said that she did not know what time the tech would show up today and I could just reschedule the appointment and then she just HANGS UP ON ME !!! 5 mins later **** the owner calls me and tells me to stop harassing his employee. Does not apologize for the missed time frame at all.when I said I need a tech out today as promised . He then told me to give him 10 mins and he will call me back.. of course he does not !!! I should of read the past reviews many of them mentioned that they do not show up for follow up APPOINTMENT THAT YOU HAD ALREADY PAID EXTRA FOR !! This company is a joke and has no customer service skills whatsoever especially the Manager **** ! He went off on me just because I was inquiring about my missed appointment. He made it my problem and kept accusing me of harassment! This review will go on the BBB WEBSITE ALSO! There is a lot of complaints about this Company on that website as well! I hope to save another customer from being treated this way ! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ! THEY ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY AT ALL ! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED !!!!! !

    ************** This complain is about *********************** the owner of M&M Pest and Wildlife, LLC. On July 30/2024. He came to my house at 8:00 AM and left like 12:00 PM. We had an agreement to make 2 payments. One when he finished and the other in the next 14 days.It only took him 4 hours to do the treatment and he says he did the chemical and the heat.When we were going to make First payment, he wanted *****. And we don't trust *****.He wanted the whole amount He wanted to charge $300 for the inspection that was free.We told him that we can pay with a credit card, and he decided to increase the charge of $25 more for a credit card fee.We tried to Pay 1/2 yesterday 7/30/24 as per agreement. But he did not let us pay online or would not take the payment.He changed his mind and wanted the whole $1,569.63 instead of half of the payment now and the other half in 14 days when we had proof that his job did work. We also noticed that he is charging us double or triple what he is charging other people, and he only did 4 hours of work.We assume that He is looking NOT to follow up at all, like he is used to doing with other customers. But we wanted to make sure there were no bed bugs in the house after the 14 days.He started harassing us by calling the owner of the company where we had the house listed for sale and he told them he would tell everybody around the house location that the house had bed bugs. And that he would tell all buyers about the house having bed bugs since we were having open houses.This is a terrible man.Be careful. We did not check Better Business Bureau before hiring him.I regret to have hired him; after reading all complaints about this Company and this man, he will do the same thing to us. Take our money and get lost. Someone must do something about this particular company. Lets get united and do something about the way this man is acting with everybody.

    One word finished the relationship. "Great Service" They increase the prices due to rising costs and insist on great service. I can understand the pricing point. However, when a poor service is executed they don't take the ownership and try to resolve the problem. ****** is only good at renewing the contract. However, when I communicate with them after a poor service, they treat to cancel the account and wishes good luck for the future. Is this how you proud of yourself ***************** ****** staff does not know how to deal with customers and I guess they have too many customers. If you ask to fix the problem after the service they cancel you out. Once you renew yearly contract, be careful if as a customer you request to fix the problem after pest control, they may cancel you out...

    I scheduled this company to come out and spray for wasps that were coming into our home from the fireplace.They have been to our home before and successfully got rid of the issue.They were scheduled to come today 11/8/2023 between 10 and noon. No show.They never answer the phone, so I contacted them by text, which they ask you to do.Crystal who works in their office is extremely rude and not helpful at all.I asked why they had not turned up for their appointment at *****, no phone calls, no texts, no apology from anyone, so I said they would have to reschedule, the response I received was 'sure, our first available is the 20th', again no apology no reason as to why they had not turned up and after asking for an answer more than once, all she would say is 'she was their for scheduling'. Well if the scheduling that someone sets up does not happen, then an explanation is needed.She said she could try and contact the tech, I told her she does not answer the phone and has no answers so yes contact the tech and have him call me perhaps he could answer the questions she could not, her answer 'perhaps'. I told her she was incredibly rude and unhelpful.Her response, and I quote,' would say I', sorry you feel that way but honestly I'm not again good luck and find someone else to put up with you. Thanks Never use this company, I am a business owner and would never treat my customers this way, or let anyone speak to a customer like that.

    Horrible company! Had scheduled them to come spray organically for wasps hanging out on my back patio. I have a dog and it had been keeping me from going out the back door. They scheduled my service from **** and when I called at 2 because they were a no show, was told I was next and then they still didnt show up. They later told me they had an incorrect phone number for me and thats why the technician didnt show up. They admitted to writing it down wrong. They rescheduled for the next day from **** and said they would reduce the price for me and still no show! When I called around 1:15, I was promised the technician would call me back and he never did. They would also give lame excuses that their software had been down for two days. I left a voice mail and several texts after the two no shows and they continued to blow me off and ignore me. Save yourself time and grief and do not use this company!

    On 5/5/23, M&M Pest and Wildlife treated my home for spiders. I was charged $199. On 5/30/23, I was still seeing spiders, so I called and asked to have someone come out and retreat. They scheduled a technician to come on 5/31/23, but no one showed up. I called back and they set up another appointment for 6/1/23, and, again, no one showed up. I followed up with several voice messages asking for resolution or a refund, but no one responded, so I sent a certified letter of complaint.On 6/29/23, they texted me to schedule a retreatment. We agreed on 7/6/23. Again, no one showed up. I replied to the text to let the company know, but, as of today (7/11/23), there has been no response.

    A lame company to deal with. **** Y****** is the owner and I believe its his wife ***** who is the sweet voice when roping you in as a new customer. They talk big about their 90 day warranty. They take full payment (via Zelle) at the first service call. Thereafter, they give you a run around like no other. I really wish I had looked at the BBB reviews before engaging them.

    THE WORST COMPANY. I bought the pest protection package for $416.77 in May of 2022. They took the money and ran, never coming back out as scheduled. I complained to them in Nov/Dec and I was told "too bad" you can't get a refund. Not even a partial one. When I told them they never tried to schedule a visit, they denied it. I told them to resend any emails where they requested a date / time. It is now FEB 13th 2023 and they still haven't responded. Clearly they want to skim the cash and deliver as little as possible. I HATE THESE GUYS.

    This is the worst company I've experienced. If you want to avoid getting ripped off, you should stay away from them. This is what happened to us. 1) We bought a Lifetime Warranty ********************** in Nov 2017. We were not given any other options such as 1 year, 3 year and so on so we paid $864 for "Lifetime". They sealed gaps so that rats won't come into the attic anymore and set some traps in the attic. It took only 30 mins. 2) However, rats come back to the attic every year. We called or texted them. They hardly answer. It took lots of effort to make an appointment. But they often did not appear for the appointment. 3) This year, rats are back again. We texted them last week. However, we were told there is no such thing like "Lifetime Warranty" while we sent my invoice with "Lifetime Warranty" mentioned. 4) Because the text message said "Speak to ****", we called them and the guy who sent us the message answered and yelled at us, "Don't you understand we DON'T have Lifetime! Your carbon copy of the invoice doesn't mean anything to me! **** has left the company!" He is the one told us to talk to **** but he is saying **** left? Our carbon copy of the invoice is nothing to them? We'd like to share this experience with you so you don't have to waste your money.
