Hiring team for pettito dallas, is a joke. They auto send a word vomit to every applicant, asking to take an hour of your time to answer some survey. Afterwards, they completely ghost you. Waste of everyones time. Couldnt even say for sure if theyre actively hiring.

I purchased a Golden Retriever from Pettito in *******, ******, *****. The dog had roundworms and hookworms, and it was experiencing diarrhea and vomiting. I initially thought this was normal and that the dog might be adjusting to new food, so I changed its diet. After a few days, I noticed the dog was vomiting worms, and upon closer inspection of its stool, I saw worm eggs. To be sure, I took my seven-year-old dog, ****, who has never been sick, along with the new dog to the vet, and it turned out that **** was also infected with these worms.I began treating them, but after almost two months, they are still sick. I run a home daycare with a capacity of 12 children. One of the most important regulations from the Texas Department of Health and Safety that we must follow is having a health certificate for pets.Over these two months, the treatments have not worked, and despite spending a significant amount of money, the dog is still not cured. The vet informed me that these worms are transmitted from the infected mother to the puppies. My business and the enrolled children in my daycare are at risk of being exposed to these worms and parasites, so I had to give the dog to someone else without receiving any compensation because I was concerned about the health of the families. As a result, my home business is at risk of being shut down.If I had been informed at the time of purchase that the dog was sick, considering I have children and ************************************************ I would have reconsidered buying it. However, they did not tell me and simply sold the dog without disclosing the truth.

Hi *****,We would like to take a moment to respond to your recent complaint; we respectfully disagree with your recently posted complaint. We believe that you have not been honest in your review nor were you honest when communicating with our team. We would like to take a moment to share insight into the truth and provide clarity around the circumstances with you and your puppy. We are committed to serving our clients with transparency, honesty, and ethical responsibility. You reported that your puppy was diagnosed with hookworms on July 10th. According to our terms and conditions, which you signed and stated you fully understood and agreed to, specifically outlined in Sections 7 and 8, conditions such as hookworms require ongoing maintenance, including routine deworming, which is the responsibility of the pet owner after purchase. Our coverage does not extend to such conditions post-sale as they fall under the owners care.Additionally, it is mandatory per our agreement, which you read and signed, for all purchasers to have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within five days of purchase. Failure to comply with this stipulation limits the applicability of our health guarantees. In this case, the required veterinary visit was not conducted during this specific period, which is critical in preventing and treating conditions common in young puppies. We should also state that you demanded compensation for personal property damage, paid time off from work, a new sofa, and a new rug, among other unrelated costs, which are outside of our scope of our Terms and Conditions. Such claims do not fall under the liabilities covered by Pettito, as our responsibilities are strictly confined to the health and well-being of the puppy as agreed upon at the time of purchase. While were sorry to hear that you have rehomed your puppy so quickly, we believe this may be the best decision for the puppy and hope that it gets the care and love it deserves. We take time with our clients to educate them about the responsibilities that come with having a new puppy in the home and trust that they take the necessary time to consider if they are ready for all that having a puppy involves. We understand that its not for everyone, and if you were not prepared, it would be better to have been honest with yourself and with us instead of failing to provide the care that your puppy needed. Pettito is happy to help support our clients with the new pups in every way possible; we enjoy knowing were helping first time pet owners and seasoned pet owners alike find their sweet furry family member. However, we do not appreciate dishonesty such as yours and unreasonable requests for financial compensation that are not related to your puppy. We worked diligently to help you get a successful start with your puppy, and believe we were more than accommodating to work towards an amicable solution with you. We wish you all the best and hope your pup is living well! Best,Pettito
