            Run. They are terrible. Built our pool then wont warranty it. Claim it was a different DBA. My advice is to use a company that doesnt allow anyone to franchise as well as not warranty the name.

            This company built us a beautiful pool but during construction broke our water line and refuses to take responsibility for it. I have water coming from under the ground and spilling sand into my newly built pool and they keep saying it's because of us not re-routing the sprinklers during construction. There are no sprinklers where the water is coming from and also, due to the massive amount of water pooling underground the new concrete has a crack going from one end of the pool to the other. And as an added splurge, our sprinklers won't even come on anywhere around the house - not even in the front. They keep trying to put the blame on us saying that we opted out of landscaping and sprinkler re-routing in the contract with them (which we did); but we are not the ones who disconnected the lines and didn't cap them off or fix what was broken during the build. I've been going back and forth with them for 2 months now about this. I just want the issue fixed so I can enjoy my pool. I will never recommend them for a new build because I wouldn't want anyone else to spend this kind of money to have ongoing issues like this.

            Pinnacle Pool did a great job installing my swimming pool. Everyone was very friends. They kept me informed. The swimming pool was turn key. My family and I are enjoying the pool. Thanks! (I highly recommend Pinnacle Pool)!
