Accepted a contract for install of a generator back in August of 2024 and paid a $500 deposit. Since that time, I have not heard from anyone until the middle of October when I reached out to the permit coordinator to ask the status of the project. I was told they were waiting on utility marking and *** approval. I provided the *** approval immediately, but never heard back on utility markings. I've had the utility folks out twice since this project started to mark for an electrical run attached to another project on my property. Not a company I could recommend for generator installation services.

I value every customer and strive for everyone to have a great experience. Just an FYI for anyone considering Purchasing a Generac Generator from ***** *********** Please read their New Contract. Which says Payment is due in full Prior to Start up of Project. They have not informed their Installers, let alone their Customers. After reading your Initial Quote, READ IT AGAIN before you accept. I was informed that I would receive a copy of my contract and Warranty when the unit was brought out. Needless to say, that did not happen. We have Paid in Full and now Plumbing Supv. ******** for the *************** is saying there is nothing I can do. Please make sure the Administration is Communicating with the Installers or you will end up doing it yourself. The Installers are great but the Administration is Lacking and not Comforting. No stars because Im not sure who is to Blame. #notagoodfeeling
