    Bank charging the same fees over and over, These are direct debits that I pay. But due to inclement weather payroll that direct deposit was late and I called and explained what has happened but they refuse to remove nsf fees and courtesy pay fees and they are charged multiple times for each transaction, all my other creditors have removed all nsf and overdraft fee due to payroll being snowed in and moneys not deposited on time and the multiple times per transaction are ridiculous

    Neches refunded Ms. ******** 2 fees as a courtesy today 1/24/2025 totaling $60 at 12:05pm.  Ms. ********* direct deposit went into her account this morning 1/24/2024 at 8:47am.  The direct deposit was dated for today.  All direct deposits were posted during the weather event that we recently had.  ** post direct deposits during these situations, so members always have access to their funds in their account.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    What yall refunded had nothing to do with my complaint the refund and the courtesy fees yall refunded was a totally different issue there was a debit to my account that was not authorized snd yall charged me 2 nsf fees and thats what yall credited back im disputing all the extra fees yall charged me just like yall did before it makes no sense to charge multiple nsf and courtesy pays on 1 transaction and I would like a courtesy refund everything was late due to the weather conditions and NFCU is the only ones that wont remove these fees I have 2 business accounts and 2 personal and they removed the fees without a hassle even though I had fees removed in the past.

    I spoke with Ms. ******** on 1/29/2025 @ 12:20pm.  I let her know that Neches is refunding the 6 $30 fees which total $180 not $190.  The refund of $180 was completed on her account on 1/29/2025.

    I was charged 6 times 30 dollars for my 6 of the same transactions that was not paid by my courtesy pay because they say I was overdrafted then the creditor ran the same transactions and they turned around and charged me 6 nsf fees for the same transactionthat they charged me ********************************************************************** for 60 dollars for each fee. If you charged me ******************************************************************************************************************************************* it would have been paid and not have had to be run through a second time make this make sense?

    Neches has refunded you in the past for NSF fees (June 2024).  The way that our Courtesy Pay Program works is that we will pay items up to $500 and your charged $30 for each item we have to clear using your courtesy pay.  Your account is negative $500 at this point. Any item trying to clear after that point will be returned back to merchant and you will be charged $30 for an NSF fee.  We have no control of how many times a merchant can try to run an item through your account.

    ********************** will refund $150 of your NSF fees.

    I disputed a transaction from DoorDash for *****. Door dash issue a refund to my card on 04/24/2024. The transaction was pending on my card. Neches FCU credited against my arm instead of having it go back to my balance. In the begging of may I disputed it and show them proof it was a refund. They said Ill receive credit in 10 buisness days. I never received my money from them its almost been 2 months and every time I call I get the same answer over and over. They refuse to give me my own money back.

    During our investigation, it was determined that Doordash credited her Doordash account and not her ********************** Account.  ********************** never received any refund for this transaction.

    I sent 2 Apple Pays when my acct was in good standing, the way Apple Pay works is if you dont have the money in your acct it wont pay, both transactions successfully went through . There was a transaction that came through that overdraft my act a check for 471 and I understand that courtesy pay charges you 30 dollars and I understand this and agree that a fee should be charged for the but they went back snd added 2 more for the Apple Pays I sent when my acct was positive and they know if my acct had been negative I could have never been able to send the Apple Pays I called them and they say they cant reverse it but they can Neches had a hard time doing this and I am working hard to get my acts moved Im tired of all the extra money the bank is trying to make off me. I worked customer service for *************************************************************************** this matter this way

    A fee was refund of $30 on June 7th.  Neches will refund the other $30 fee today as a courtesy. 

    The Apple Pay transactions were preauthorized on a positive balance but when the transactions actually came through on the account courtesy pay was used because of funds not available. Per our Courtesy Pay disclosures a fee of $30 per item is charged when Courtesy Pay is used to clear an item.  Neches has refunded both $30 fees as June 10, 2024.

    On December 19th, I noticed that I had items on my credit report from Neches Federal Credit Union. I was told by ************************** that that was a mistake and something happened within Neches and that they were correcting. I have called and emailed several times since Dec 19th and my credit report is still not updated and showing *********************************************************** order to receive either options the member must be in good standing. So if I was late I would not have been able to receive. This has caused a big issue for me personally and Neches is not correcting the mistake that they made.
