    I did an initial 3 month supply and the price charged was the price advertised. I received a text message with a link to reorder. The price provided in the link was $1049 for a 24 month supply of 10mg Tirzepatide, however, when I got to the checkout the price suddenly changed to $1899. When contacted I was told that I was given the wrong price and they refused to honor it. I felt that this practice was unfair and deceptive (ie false advertising and bait and switch). After reaching ba k out to let them know I felt this was unacceptable they responded with a new link that showed a price of $1899 for which Id already been told it was $1049. I let them know I would not be ordering at a price of over $800 that I had already been given and that I would be filing a complaint. I then received another response from the company, however, when I tried to log into my account through their portal to view the message, a pop-up came up, showing that my account had been disabled. So it appears that the company has blocked me from accessing my account information, which is very concerning to me as my account contains payment information. Attached is a screenshot of the amount that I was given that it would be and another screenshot of what the price was when I went to check out.

    The patient in question was informed on multiple occasions that there was a typographical error in the initial message she received. Specifically, it was explained to her that the pricing presented in the original communication was incorrect due to a mistake. Upon clicking the provided link, however, she was able to review the accurate price, which was clearly displayed and consistent with the actual pricing of the product. The correct price was made available to her through the link, and there were no discrepancies between the pricing on the link and the actual cost of the product.
    Furthermore, it is important to clarify that no six-month pricing option was ever advertised, nor did we provide any misleading information to the patient regarding the pricing structure or available offers. The patient did not complete a purchase because the price presented on the link she clicked was accurate, and there was no issue with the price itself.
    In addition, the patient's access to the platform was terminated as a result of threatening and inappropriate behavior, which violated our terms of service and community guidelines. This action was taken in response to the serious nature of the threats made by the patient. We take the safety and security of our users seriously and reserve the right to suspend or remove access to our services if any individual engages in harmful or disruptive behavior.
    Finally, it is crucial to emphasize that we do not store or retain any payment information, including credit card numbers, for any of our customers. All payments are processed through a secure third-party payment gateway, ******, which adheres to strict data security standards. We do not have access to or retain any sensitive payment data, as all transactions are handled directly by ******. As such, we do not store any payment details on our systems, ensuring that our customers' financial information is kept private and secure at all times.

    1. Transaction date 11/02/2024 2. The amount is $499.00 3. They were supposed to send me the same dosage of 15mg I was on with another provider and they did not they sent me a dosage of 2.5 g and will not make it right 4. They sent the wrong dosage and admitted it and will not make it right --- they cannot provide it 5. They did not not try to resolve just kept saying they knew it was wrong 6. I saw there add on ******** Here is the information from today's call (if additional info needed)Hi *** *********,I am Dr. ******* ********. I am a board certified Internal Medicine and Pediatrics physician. Apologies for the miscommunication at your last visit and for recieveing a starter pack of medication when maintenance therapy was desired and ************** we discussed, currently our platform does not have the option to prescribe at full standard dosing and 15 mg tirzepatide is not an option through us.

    This company is fine to get your GLP1s from when everything goes fine, until it doesnt. This company is ran by the ***************************. They take things personally and then block you if there is a valid concern. I placed a refill and then there was a shipping issue, the pharmacy sent a shipping label, however it was never sent or processed. I reached out to their patient portal several times requesting them to follow up on the lost order, they stated they would follow up and get back to me which they never did. After a week, I request the the order canceled, refunded, and then I would reorder. Next day I asked for a refund invoice, they did refund me, but then blocked me from the portal, ******** support group, and now my ip address so I cant even view the website.They have my unauthorized images and name on their website under results tab and refuse to remove them. I never gave permission or consent for them to use them in their marketing campaign and they pulled them from a posting I placed on ********. I have requested several times for them to remove my name, images and photos from their marketing campaign, they will not comply.

    Image Removal: The patients images were removed immediately upon her initial request. A review of our current website confirms that there are no images of her present.

    Access Issues: The patients claim regarding her IP address being blocked is unfounded, as we do not have the capability to block specific IP addresses. The access issue she is experiencing is likely due to her using an outdated URL, as our website has recently undergone updates. We encourage her to visit the current version of our website to verify this.

    Refund and Membership Revocation: The patient was refunded in full, and her participation privileges in our program were revoked due to non-compliance with group rules. Our support group operates on an at-will basis, and we reserve the right to remove members who do not adhere to the group's guidelines, as stated in our terms of use.

    We remain committed to providing a respectful and supportive environment for all participants and are happy to address any further inquiries through appropriate channels.

    Hello, I subscribed to Fifty 410, an online weight loss clinic on 06/23/24. Their nurse practitioner prescribed a weekly injection and I was delivered a 3 month supply. The name of the injection was a Tirzepatide (generic version of trade brand, Mounjaro). I was previously using the trade brand Mounjaro injections and switched due to the pricing. Please refer to downloaded pngs 1-5 for details of the reactions that occurred when I took their injections. I was diagnosed with cellulitis, an acute bacterial infection causing inflammation of the deep dermis and surrounding subcutaneous tissue after 3rd injection. Fifty 410's response was a copy of their refund policy (which is no returns or refunds for any reason) and that they refunded me 50% of the cost I paid and a 'sorry.' The refund was $625. 1. The ******* cost did include a bottle of B12 injections for $165. I had already previously paid a lab fee for bloodwork of $75.2. I realize that their supportive costs, evaluation time of lab work, answering portal messages was also included in the $******* in with costs of medication. 3. What I didn't realize was that there is no generic named drug, Tirzepatide available for prescription at this time. Only the trade name, ******** is available to be prescribed by physicians and nurse practitioners. The clinic Fifty 410 is using a research compounded drug from a "503a *** Approved U.S. Pharmacy." 4. I did not see them advertising substitution of a compounded 'research' drug anywhere on their website. They stated it was the generic Tirzepatide. I attached all the forms I signed. 5. This explains why I had a reaction from their product vs. no reaction from the trade brand. There are differences. Not an *** approved generic either. They should have said this was a research compounded drug, not the true Tirzepatide as advertised.6. I would like to return the unused 3 months of product for a full refund. Their advertising was deceptive and misleading.
