Sagar **** was extremely disrespectful as the owner and owes me my full amount. One of his employees (mechanics) worked on my vehicle and purposely ruined my oil pan and oil gasket. I came there back in late July to early August of 2022 to get an oil change. I noticed months later that my vehicle was leaking oil. I took my vehicle to *****, and they told me that whomever I went to the previous time to get an oil change, purposely ruined your oil pan. Midas allowed me to take the pictures of the oil pan and the oil plugged that quick car purposely put in from the last oil change. They put in a 15 mm oil plug instead of a 13 mm which overtime eroded my oil pan and caused it to leak. You make matters worse, they used a Dodge part instead of a Chevrolet. After I spent $1164 dollars, I took my paperwork / **** to quick car to talk to their owner about taking care of me. I showed the owner of Kwik Kar video surveillance, pictures, everything. I wanted my full amount paid back to me including the labor, but he only gave me the money back for the parts I had to replace which was $711.00. he told me to come back the next day to pick up my refund, and when he gave me my money, he told me he hopes I have bad karma, cursed at me and told me that I was trying to scam him. I've never dealt with a business that was so unprofessional and rude. Now I definitely want the extra $400 that I had to pay for labor refunded. I warned everybody to not go to this place, because they use shady people for hire. Again the owners name is Sagar ****.

Mr. ******** has no proof that he got an oil change at our shop. He claims."he paid cash" to the employee "to get hooked up" for a discount. No receipt. So basically he tried to cheat the business out of money. Despite that, we paid for what he claims we damaged. He had other repair work done at the same time - unrelated to claimed damage. We are definitely not responsible for that. Dishonest people like Mr. ******** should not be entertained.
PS: a wrong drain plug would have started leaking immediately and not "after months".
