Im a former student. Student accounts says they are going to charge me an insufficient funds fee from my account of $30 because they failed to receive $1.14 from my account. I emailed the bursar office to ask them to stop this from occurring. They haven't responded. The bursar office keeps introducing new fees for former students who owe them. They are making it harder for students to pay them by charging fees just to create a payment plan. August 2nd, 2024, I received an email at 9:32am that says: "An insufficient funds fee of $30.00 has been scheduled. This fee is being charged as a result of your bank account payment being returned as having insufficient funds. The fee is scheduled to automatically process on 08/07/2024." I contacted the bursar office and student accounts, none of them have reached out to me.

I am trying to send my official *** transcripts to another university to begin a new academic program. *** has asked that I go through a lengthy and flawed process to retrieve my transcripts and the task is still not complete on the part of ***. No other university operates in this manner regarding transcripts. In order to get my transcripts, I have been asked by *** to reactivate my entire student account and download an app on my phone after leaving the school five years ago. I was asked to pay a $26 dollar library fine for books I already returned five years ago. I was asked to log into my reactivated student account to request the transcripts, but I keep getting server or error messages. *** pretends not to know what that means or what they are and *** help staff cannot help because they are a bunch of students, not *** IT professionals. *** needs to go through the National Student Clearing House for transcripts or have a more direct route to getting transcripts like other universities. My future is being held hostage when I have done everything asked of me.
