Peak Health Diagnostics is raking in ******** money by sending un-ordered COVID test kits (often expired, or about to expire). They bill ******** $200 and ******** pays $94. Thats wasted taxpayer dollars. They need to be shut down and money clawed back by ******** ASAP!Review from Tom C

******** Fraud. Like others, I received COVID test kits that I didn't order, from Peak Health Diagnostics. They were expired kits. There was a bogus sticker saying the expiration date had been extended. ******** has already paid. $96.08. I am not responsible for any payment. When I called ********, they confirmed that they have multiple open fraud cases against Peak Health Diagnostics for the exact case I described.Review from Barbara W

I am with the review below. I also got 2 Test kits in the mail in July that I didn't order !They billed my ******** (which for them as being done on May the 5th) and gained $94.08....I was in the process of helping my Mom with Rehab admissions where she fell in April. !!!Review from James S

In July 2023 I received a package from Peak Health Diagnostics, MSL Fulfillment, **********************************************************. The package contained 4 boxes labeled "iHealth COVID-19 Antigen Rapid Test". These were not ordered by me nor have I ever been contacted by this company. Since I have no idea what the actual contents might be and have no need of test kits they will be disposed of accordingly. I have checked medicare.gov and found no reference to an individual claim for this. it is presumed that this company is somehow scamming the government with false claims as a health care provider.Review from Linda B

First, I look at the 4 customer reviews. This is one that ****** wrote. It says it all, so I copied it for this review. This company is sending me expired Rapid Covid-19 test that I did not order in the first place. There is no contact information that you can reach a representative of the company to request that they stop sending me the test that I do not need or want. July 17, 2023 a package arrived, which had 4 Covid-19 test inside I never ordered. I called ****************** fraud line to report. It was billed to them in May, not yet paid. I called a phone number on the website for that address ,and of course I was told wrong number. Looking at the map, the address shows a machine shop in ******, ** July 18, 2023 I called my supplemental insurance *** to report this as a fraud transaction in case they would be billed.Today July 18 2023 I returned by mail at my expense the test. New envelope and postage at a cost of $6.85 to ******, **. All should be aware of this company for possible fraud, especially if you are a retired senior. It is no wonder why insurance rises with a company like this billing for items not ordered or wanted. Star ratings should have a zero available.
