On 3/29/2023, **** **** Plumbing, Heating, Air *************************************************** installed a Lennox BOILER (GWB84-235E-01 ************* w/taco 235kb) in my home. Its spark pilot stopped working in early Feb, 2024 and was replaced. The replaced spark pilot stopped working again on Jan 23, 2025 and the manager of the installing company said that I have to wait for at least one week to get its replacement and with additional payment. This level of unreliability of the igniting set is very worrying and its failure in the coldest times each year makes the life of my family extremely difficult. Furthermore, Lennox is unable to provide senstive parts to their customer companies in a timely manner. Such unexpected vulnerability and unreliability of the ignition system of Lennox BOILER makes its 10 year PARTS GUARANTEE valueless.Review from Tim S

Horrible customer service unit is complete s*** and trying to get ahold of someone that can help is impossible. Had 2 installers over to check it out and nobody can get ahold of them. Honestly biggest waste of money I have spend and would never buy a furnace and A/C kit from them. Furnace stopped working 12 degrees outside been trying to get ahold of them for awhile as a home owner cant speak apparently so just frustrating when I ask them to hold to get the installer on the phone and they cant wait 10 seconds after me wasting 2 hours on hold. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY BUYING A ************************* unit is only 2 months old.Review from Dudley V

I got two Lennox systems, which were supposed to have 10 year warranties. One of the thermostats failed after 5 years and 10 months. I called Lennox and they said sorry, we can't help you. The warranty on the thermostat is only 5 years. They said the 10 year period applies to the rest of the system. I asked if they would replace it anyway, since it is just out of warranty and I paid a lot of money (over $40,000) to get Lennox quality. They said no. "Sorry I don't have better news for you" was the precise language they used. This is not how a quality company responds to a problem. So, their equipment breaks too early and their customer service is sub-par. I wish I had known before. ******.Review from James C

I had a perfectly working 18 year old furnace and ** unit. I decided to purchase a lennox system due to the fact that I wanted a reliable system. Within the first month the ** compressor went bad and they did replace it, Now Several days into the heating season I sit here with no heat. I paid a premium price for what I thought was a premiun product. I wish I had my old **** system back. I was told by one of the instalers that these systems were not what they use to be, I should have listened. Aslo when the installers opened up the sealed undamaged boxes both units were damaged and they had to get repalcements.Review from Jordan S

I waited on hols for 90 minutes to speak to someone on the wifi team. After 90 minutes it finally started ringing as if someone were finally going to pick up, and it immediately hung up on me. I am livid.Review from David F

I purchased a Lennox Heat Pump unit in 2018. In May 2024 the thermostat began having issues with loosing time and wi-fi communication. The dealer informed me that it would cost $1200.00 to replace the thermostat. It began working correctly in June. On September 20 (98 degrees outside) 5:30 pm afterhours my unit stopped working. Thermostat stated System Waiting. I bought a ********* Thermostat and it turns out the installers replaced the wiring and the only thermostat that works is the Lennox. The ** dealer came out on Monday and replaced the thermostat at a cost of $1300 which was out of warranty and stated it was a communication problem with the unit and that the thermostat was proprietary to this unit . The unit came on for a brief time then stopped, further troubleshooting reveled the module in the three stag blower motor was at fault. The technician told me the motor was under warranty but it would be $300 for labor. He also stated that there was a motor in ******* and we should have it in a day or two. On 1 October I called the dealer and he stated it was inbound and should be her by the 4th. I called Lennox corporation customer service and told them about the above. I also told them I spent $600 for two portable ac units to try to be as comfortable as possible. I was only asking them to reimburse me the labor fee for the motor. The response was sorry but that is the way the warranty contract was. The dealer called me at 6pm on the 4th of October and was on the way to install the motor. It took him less than 30 minutes and was finished. He charged me $335. I still have four more years on the unit warranty. The technician told me that there is a waiting list on these motors and there are lots of failures. Lennox knows about these issues with the thermostats and motors. They should do right by the customers, fix the problems and treat it have recall to replace all of the defective parts. I will never buy a Lennox product again.Review from DENISE M

We purchased a brand new home in April 2024 we have had the worse sound coming from the A/C unit. We have done everything and have contacted the office and the **** ******* , and they are stating that nothing is wrong with the unit.Lennox Industries, Inc. Response

My house is 2 years old, the ** stopped working, under warranty, the technician submitted a warranty claim, they are holding on for more than 2 months now!!!!!! I called several times, they are the least helpful people i ever met, they are not processing the claim, they dont give us information and my house is starting to grow mold due to the ac problem!!!!! Lennox customer service is a ZERO !!!!!!I have had a warranty claim submitted by Lennox authorized dealer in *********, ****** (Jonaire) since June 13/2024. On Jonaire's behalf, I believe they could only do so much and then the warranty decisions are made by Lennox. I had to take it on myself after the local dealer was told this was not warranty coverage. We purchased 16 Lennox A/C units through our business for our one single residence and made this purchase through the Lennox Territory Manager, **** ***** that is currently remains in this position. After multiple phone calls directly to him, email to him NOT ONE RESPONSE in a month! Corporate customer service, that typically takes 1 hour on hold before you speak with a human, I have made 4 or 5 calls and they continue to tell me that the only way they can contact this Territory manager is through the company portal, they refused to give me any additional phone number or supervisors over him. On 2 phone calls , after insisting on speaking to a supervisor, I was sent to a voice mail of ***** ******. I left 2 or 3 messages for her in a weeks time....NO RESPONSE!!!I even cc emailed to her with the email I sent to **** *****. This purchase was made with a 10 year warranty that corporate customer service says, he has authorization to extend typical warranties....but why not allow a claim to the warranty he sold us. The case # ******** is in their system but they are ignoring me. This is only the first review I have written on them and definitely not the last.Lennox Industries, Inc. Response

Lennox is not a good company to work for. I worked *****/ week there and had impeccable attendance and cause I told the ** that the new 2nd shift Supervisor wasnt doing anything. He retaliated against me and got me fired. A lot of employees who work there for 10+ years are looking for different work cause they are changing things that dont need to be. Like they say if it aint broke dont fix it well thats not the case here. Now they aint paying me my last check for some reason. I wouldnt not recommend working here and thats hard to say cause most companies Ive worked for Ill go back or they would take me back cause I work to the fullest.
