    9/5/2022 I ordered (via FB messenger) a 3T Cheerleading Suit, bloomers, *********** poms & 2 Black bows for my daughter. Having her 3rd BD party on 10/1 and my Father in Law wanted to gift outfit On 9/6 I had to message to inquire if the order was ever submitted. That evening @ 8:00 she stated she WILL get order submitted & repeated the items I ordered On 9/28 I sent message @ 3:25 inquiring the status on order as I had never rcved any updates, tracking inf, etc. That evening @ 6:17 she replied she had left for the day but would check in morning.On 9/29 @ 1:08 in the afternoon I had not received an update, so I messaged asking for status. At 2:13 she replied back that she was checking No response rest of the day or for some time.I made several stops to the boutique during the dates following 9/28-current. She stated Friday 9/30 she was getting a shipment in, to stop by for all my items she would have it bagged and ready for me 9/30 I stopped to pick up the outfit. When I arrived, she had to ask my name, my order and pulled a BLANK top out of a box and PRINTED the "******" off her Cricut, and pressed it in front of me. It was NOT the EMBROIDERED items she advertised on her page. I received ONE black bow and WHITE AND RED POMS. My daughters BDay party was the next day and I wanted her to open SOMETHING so I left w/ those items. And was told to come back Monday for the skirt.10/6 no skirt. *** left a ********* 10/7 FIL went to the boutique was told skirt MAY be in on Monday 10/10 i went to store. (nobody was there)10/11 i went to store, no skirt 10/12 no skirt 10/13 she called (1st & ONLY TIME) l/m and I returned call. She mentioned no skirt, will have update ***.10/18 no skirt, FIL l/m asking for refund. sent a follow up text 10/18 returned call and LIED stating she had been in contact w/ me 3/4 times via phone. but she would call me again 10/19 no call 10/28 went to store, no skirt. she offered a skirt 3 sizes too big I could "keep" toget altered 11/4 no skirt

    ******************************* ordered online through our ******** post on September 7, 2022. As stated on the ******** post some items were backed ordered and some sizes and styles were taking longer than expected. We had posted this back in July 2022 so she was aware of the back order issues the cheer company was having. She did pickup her cheer top, bow,  bloomers and Pom poms on September 30 2022. I also gave her a free skirt to have that was 1 size up from what she ordered until her skirt came in. I did let let keep it for no extra charge. I also offered to get that skirt Altered to fit her daughter at our expense. I would cover the fee. I was trying to help her in every way. I did mail her skirt to her and the tracking number is **** **** **** **** **** 98. 

     

    I have had several issues with this customer as her husband got on the phone and cussed me and my husband out and also threatened us. She did later call back and talk to me apologizing for his actions. I also got several texts messages from her dad that were very rude and unprofessional. Its been very difficult dealing with this customer and very stressful. I have had my business since 2010 and have never experienced this from any customers. 

     

    I have attached the ******** post to where it notified all our customers including her that the cheer company was experiencing delays and  import clearance.  I had made several post starting in July well before she placed her order in September that we were having issues with back orders I have been in contact with all my customers regarding this issue I had no problems with any of my customers except for this customer. She would call every day and come in knowing what the issue was we were dealing with. I have also offered to give her back a full refund. Plus I gave her a free skirt as mentioned in the paragraph above. I feel I had tried really hard to make her happy and was trying to do anything to work with her. It made it really hard when her husband yelled at me and threatened me. 

     

    I did attached screen shots of the post where we updated the post on July 11 2022. She order September 7 and pickup September 30th. Who knows only took a few weeks.
