    Recently ordered a custom built trailer. When it arrived, it was not what I had ordered. Called ***** immediately and let him know I was canceling my check. He pleaded with me to not do that and he would make it right. Reordered the same trailer, but made a few changes which added another ***** to the cost. About 6 months later, I received the new trailer and its worse than the 1st trailer. They didnt even give me the extras I paid for. Contacted ***** again and let him know it was unacceptable. He accused the manufacturer of the mistakes. I then dealt with their warranty man who contacted the manufacturer. They confirmed the trailer was built exactly how it was ordered. Phils Trailer Sales screwed me out of my money. Countless phone calls, emails and text messages, and they are all ignoring me. Do not buy from these people. They take your money and ignore your problems.

    The first custom design trailer was ordered and the result was not satisfactory to the customer.  We decided to rebuild the unit for him.  The customer agreed. With the second custom build trailer the customer chose to stay with the same manufacturer but made several additional customized changes to the order.  Once the NEW build was completed the customer drove the first ******************** (that he had for several months in his possession) to ***** from ******** in order to personally pick up and view his new build in a collaborated effort to make sure he was satisfied with the end result.  The customer followed thru, returned the other trailer as agreed and then toured his new trailer prior to ever hooking up to it.  Once he was happy he left ***** with his newly ordered unit and drove it back to *********  Several MONTHS later ********************* (the custom design **** received the call threatening to sue the dealership because he was not happy with his build and he listed demands that were not reasonable for a person that had picked it up himself, driven it to another state and decided months later that "it was not right."   Many calls and texts were sent/received in an effort to resolve the matter until the customer continually threatened his attorney was going to be in contact.  Per our company policy, **** are advised to cease communication when the client insists on legal matters. Until that time there was normal communication between the dealer, the **** the Manufacturer and the Customer. He had the right to decline taking the trailer on our yard, in person and chose not to.
