I have three unresolved claims with mining syndicate:1. Mining syndicate destroyed a personally owned Bitcoin miner hosted at their facility worth ~$2,500 2. Mining syndicate agreed to refund all credits totaling ~$200 3. Mining syndicated continued to bill me when no services were provided Im seeking a refund of $1,500 for refund of equipment damages, overpayment credits, and shipping costs. - I paid an invoice on 29FEB, with 5% downtime credit. However there was no hash rate/revenue recorded since Jan 17 2024. - Mining syndicate forced me to sign a new hosting contract when they knew my Bitcoin Miner was completely unserviceable.- On Mar 30 2024 Mining Syndicate stated Our on-site technician has made me aware that the machine is currently having a voltage issue caused by the power supply unit. They are currently working on getting your miner back up and running with a new PSU. I expect the machine to be back up either today or tomorrow. - the machine never came back online. - On Apr 04 2024 Mining Syndicate reported that your miner is having a temperature control sensor and voltage failure. To get it back up and running it would need to get a new power supply unit and PIC chip replaced. Unfortunately, our company has dissolved its repair division and we are no longer able to facilitate these kinds of repairs.- I shipped the miner to a repair facility at my own expense of $150 - On Jun 27 2024 the repair facility reported that the miner is unrepairable not able to repair this hash board.
