    Staggeringly incompetent This grossly, unprofessional organisation wouldnt know customer service if it whacked them on the head.On the 24th August, I regrettably purchased several items from Tailored Athlete, which qualified for their free shipping. Be advised that this shipping is untracked and that there 7 10 business days for international delivery along with their 100% satisfaction guarantee tagline is a complete farce. Having patiently waited 17 days for my order to arrive, I reached out to their customer support team via email. The various emails received from **** were disingenuous, unprofessional and misleading at best. My order eventually arrived on the 18th September, some 26 calendar days after placing the order and 17 business days after it was dispatched.On the 18th September I advised **** via email that I would be retuning the items and she replied the same day with: as soon as it arrives I will be back in touch regarding your refund.Of course, **** lied about this as well. I sent the items back on the 19th September and they were received by Tailored Athlete on the 27th September.For weeks and weeks I patiently waited and waited and waited for **** to contact me and 25 days later (yes 25 days), I eventually and understandably ran out of patience and contacted **** about my refund which has STILL not been ************, if youre looking for a horrific customer service experience and enjoy being lied to while waiting weeks and weeks for your order to eventually arrive and weeks and weeks for your order to finally be refunded then by all means go ahead and waste your money.Personally, Id rather not go through the appalling experience, duress and disappointment that I endured over 8+ weeks and I certainly wont be wasting anymore of my time or money on Tailored Athlete.

    Terrible quality. Terrible return policy. Pants fit skin tight and felt like they were made of plastic. on return they said to send it to an address. My package was delivered there and the company said they have no association with that address. I'm out over 300 dollars.

    I placed an order over a month ago, and still have not received the items, nor have I gotten any update on the order. It is still listed as "unfulfilled" on the website, and I've tried contacting Tailored Athlete 4+ times, yet I've gotten no response from the company. They also do not have a phone number, and simply force you to fill out a contact form on their webpage, which it seems like they ignore. Be very wary of buying anything from this shady company who simply won't fulfill orders or communicate with you about anything you've ordered. Tailored Athlete: F- , seems about right.

    Horrible return policy!!! Sent my husbands shirt back for a refund and they WONT send me a different size! Soooo frustrating. DONT BUY from this company!!!

    I purchased 2 shirts and 2 pants from this company. They were delivered April 9 2024. I tried everything on immediately as I was leaving on vacation the next day. One pair of pants was the wrong size so I requested an exchange, and mailed back the pants the next day. I have tracking info from **** the package was received on the 15th of April 2024. After multiple attempts to reach them and receiving no response, I finally received one 2 months later telling me they had just received them back. I have tracking receipts it was received 2 months ago! They said they could not accept them back because of a smell, maybe from sitting in the package for 2 months? I. Never wore them and sent them back in original pkg a day after receiving them. In other reviews they have used this excuse before. I will never spend money with this company again and recommend others do the same. I wonder if their parent company knows how bad their US customer service is?

    Their website is full of lies and their customer service is horrible. I placed an order and online it states that orders will ship within 48 hours, order confirmation stated the same. I never received an email to confirm shipping, so I tried to reach out to the company. They didn't respond to emails or to an online inquiring. After a week and no shipment info, I reached out on Instagram msg and they finally responded. I asked that they cancel the order because it wouldn't arrive in time. The next day I got a response stating that the order couldn't be cancelled because it had already shipped. It shipped THAT DAY, which means it was 8 days after I ordered and the day after I asked that they cancel it. I'm going to refuse shipment and contest the charge on my credit card. Total scammers.

    Bought the special with 4 shirts. 3 of the shirts I ordered as small, and one of those 3 shirts fit like an extra small instead of a small like the other two, it was too tight all around. I contacted TA about this on their Instagram and theyre asking me to return it, but making me responsible for paying for shipping even though its the companys fault for not having their shirts a consistent size as marketed. Theres no way one of out three shirts fitting too small all around is the customers responsibility. This is a terrible practice as paying for shipping costs about the same as the shirt itself, so it wouldnt even make sense for me to return it, and I dont want to order a size larger as that would make it too big, it should fit as the other small shirts do and it doesnt. The stitching on all of the shirts is also poor, it arrived coming apart which is a terrible sign of bad stitching despite these shirts being supposedly high quality. Only reason it gets two stars instead of 1 is the material does feel good.

    The worst customer service, ordered a shirt for my boyfriend it didnt fit was never even fully button. Multiple emails to obtain return info. Then they stated they did not receive it for weeks. Finally they fabricated a story that it was heavily stained the shirt was only tried on ! Not worth the headache hope they are making enough money by ripping people off ! Not better business bureau accredited save your money !
