The team members at Platinum Property Restoration were very professional from start to finish with their services. They explained the entire scope of the project very well and made sure to answer all of my questions in detail. They fought diligently for the insured homeowner, myself, to provide the most comprehensive service possible. There was no delay at any point in their service. They always moved as fast as possible and were very accommodating with my schedule.I would absolutely recommend these professionals for any restoration project. They never hide anything from the customer, and they go above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied with the repairs.Review from April B.

I needed a full clean out and build back when my AC overflowed into my guest room and took the entire ceiling down. Platinum Property Restoration came over quickly and did a beautiful job. They are very professional and respectful of property. They did a thorough job and kept me apprised every step of the way. My insurance wasn't very cooperative, but PPR worked with them and got everything settled. Not only would I recommend them but would hire them again should circumstances warrant it.

Platinum Restoration help me through one of the hardest things that has ever happened to my family. We ************* due to a flood of pipes bursting during the freeze of February 2021. This is a very large home that had over $700,000 worth of damage, Platinum Restoration, took care of everything!! I seriously do not know what I would've done if I would not have had such a competent company handling every aspect of this life-changing event.
