Ordered a set, canceled the ordered before it was even delivered the same day it was ordered. Hanging on to $85.00 of my money because I canceled before the set was delivered and did not meet the rental commitment. Pretty much theft. Buyer Beware! Run around central, and will not follow up on callbacks as promised. I received back $30.69 of the $115 I paid for a canceled order. Business hides behind terms and conditions instead of doing the right thing.

August 1st we had the appliance company install washer and dryers before we moved into our home the next day. Dropped off some stuff on the 2nd and noticed water was leaking from the washer hoses that was installed incorrectly. Water had leaked from the 2nd floor all the way down to the first floor through the ceiling. Contacted the company and notified them to fix the installation and that they were responsible for the *************** came and installed new washer and dryers but stopped replying when I contacted them about payment for the damages that is owed. Trying to reach a settlement before taking legal matters.

On December 8th, 2023, I called AA appliance leasing to cancel my rental and schedule the washer and dryer pick up. They said it was $75 if not given a 30 day notice. Since my lease did not end until January 8th, **** I scheduled the pickup for that day. The morning of January 8th I called and asked what time they would be at my apartment. They said they had no appointment scheduled (but could see that I called in December). They said they could be at my apartment on the 9th between 2-6pm. I informed them that I would no longer have access to the apartment so they would have to go through the leasing office. I filled out the proper key release form and sent to my leasing office and AA appliance. They showed up at 6pm but the office was closed. The woman on the phone (I believe was *****) was extremely rude and told me it was my responsibility to make sure the machine was picked up and that I should have made an appointment. I explained the situation to her and how I called a month prior but she didnt care. She said theyd be there on the 11th. I sent an updated key release form but she told me the email I used was incorrect (which was the one on the website.) I was out of town for work on the 11th when I received a voicemail that they couldnt pick up the unit again and could be there Saturday. When I called, *****, she said its very hard for them to make pick *** before 6 pm. She asked me to tell my old apartment to leave the building unlocked for them, but of course thats impossible. I explained again that I didnt have access to the apartment and asked why they make appointments if they cant honor them. I also said I would not pay for any additional time the units stayed there while they failed to pick them up. She said that she would send me to collections and hung up. I rented the units from September 2021 to Jan **** and never missed a payment. Attached docs show the address where the units are and my first and last payment.

I rented a washer and dryer set from A & A Appliance Leasing in Sept 2023. Every time I ran the wash cycle the washer filled up with ************* getting all over my laundry and each machine had a bad smell like it had been in a basement or dirty warehouse. A & A Appliance switch out 3 washers, as they call continued to have the same problem. I asked A & A Appliance to cancel my subscription and refund my money. They refused, stating the issue was not their washers and it was my drain. A & A recommended I contact my landlord to send someone out to look at my drain. So at A & As recommendation, I contacted my landlord who sent someone out to look at the drain. The vendor came out to assess the drain. No issues or any signs of a clog or backup was found with the drain and the problem was the washing machine itself, so my landlord charged me for the visit since nothing was found. A & A Appliance promised to email me a statement saying they checked their appliances and found nothing on their end as well. I requested this in writing to provide to my landlord since I am being charged for something A & A recommended I do. I first requested something in writing on 10/4/2023, it is now 10/13 and I have not received anything from A & A Appliance Leasing. I called them several times since then, I was told by ************** would have it no later than Wednesday, 10/11, nothing received. I called and spoke with ******** on 10/12 and was told I would have it today, 10/13. I called again today, 10/13 and was told by ************** would have it today, no later than 3PM. It is not 6:33PM and nothing has been received. I finally received the email a few days later and it did not address the issues at hand or anything we discussed. I would like to cancel my subscription and be refunded all payments made to A & A Appliance to make up for the money I have lost.

This company does not answer the phone and will not cancel your services. I tried canceling two months ago, nobody would answer the phone so I left a 1-star ****** review. I was called within the hour and before my problem was solved the owner asked me to change my review. I literally can't escape this company. They are still debiting my account repeatedly.I want the debits to stop! I am not using your services any longer. I don't even live at the place that they let me lease the equipment to. I've been promised that they would stop debiting my account and they keep debiting my account.Their emails don't work, and no one answers the phone. The only way you get a response is by leaving negative reviews. This is ridiculous. This is fraud!!!

The washer A&A Appliance rented me suddenly malfunctioned during normal use (washing a small load of laundry). The washer overflowed causing water damage to my apartment unit. The water from this overflowing washer also went into the apartment unit next to mine. The cost to mitigate this water damage caused by this overflowing washer was $3,518 (removal of the water, carpet foam, flooring and labor). When the incident was first reported to A&A Appliance Leasing they said that they would pay for the damages. I provide A&A Appliance Leasing with the repair invoices. However, 3 months later they still haven't paid for the damages. I called & spoke with ****** the representative at A&A Appliance Leasing that has been handling my claim and ask about the payment. She said that A&A Appliance Leasing is not going to pay for the water damage because their insurance declined the claim because the washer was too old. Now, **** the owner told ****** that they are not paying for the water damage cause by their suddenly malfunctioning washer. The washer they rented me was worn out and suddenly malfunctioned by failing to stop filling with water and so the water poured out of the top of the washer flowing onto the floors and into the carpeted areas of a bedroom. This required water removal, replacement of carpet foam under the carpet and replacing of wood flooring. A&A Appliance needs to take responsibility and follow through on the payment for the repairs for renting a washer that malfuntioned and could not sustain normal use.
