            I put my fathers passing. I was going to relocate to ******** so when May I went up there in person and canceled my membership, I had already been charged so I had to finish off the month so I went up there Right before I left at the end of May to make sure it was done and they assured me it was finished because you have to do it in person and I was moving to another state and I wouldnt be able to come back up there. They made a mistake. They assured me it was done.. then they keep telling me to come in person which I already did twice in May to cancel it and then verify before I moved away I dont see why I have to drive four hours to go see people I dont trust having done and follow their protocols and Im not back in and out of the system I do not trust them. I should not have to cancel my credit card and start over since I did what I was supposed to do. Please help me make them stop charging me. I went up there and I canceled it and then I went and checked so this wouldnt happen again twice to make sure that it will be done even after I leave and I dont live there anymore so its a big task of going to fix it and I should not have to cancel my debit card thats linked to other payments and wait 3 to 5 business days to have a new card sent to me disrupting my life when I did what I was instructed to do and follow their procedures my bank has backed out twice at least but I need your help to make them be honest businessman. I had a little bit of trouble with the billing with them earlier in the spring. I think this is how they do business and its not above board. . Please help me. I would like a refund and for them to stop charging me and close the account out like there were supposed to.
