Absolutely terrible customer service from online order. -******** They make it impossible to talk to a person, therefore can hide from emails sent with no recourse. I totally regret giving them my order of $2500. Two weeks and not a word on my orders progress. They hide under Mowparts Outdoor Power with no way to talk to customer service via phone. Email only and never once replied to my emails.

We process hundreds of orders every day. Unfortunately we do not offer customer assistance via phone. Much like Amazon we communicate exclusively through email. We respond to all emails within 24 hours during the business week. This is the email we sent you less than 24 hours after you place your order. "Unfortunately, your order has been backordered. We strongly suggest that you do not cancel this order until you have found another source for your order. We have researched the availability thoroughly and believe that there is a strong possibility that keeping this order active will be the quickest way to receive your items. We will keep you updated as we acquire more information. Would you like to keep it on order ? "Your accusation that you've not heard from us at all is completely false. It is beyond our control if items are back ordered from the manufacturer. I can assure you in most cases when the items are back ordered we will get them as quick or more quickly than any other source. I'm asking you to please revise your review with the knowledge that we did communicate to you within 24 hours and that we cannot control back orders. Thank you.Review from Robert P

I bought a GENERAC portable generator at Amazon for $600 last year. I've only started it 6 times and let it run for 10 minutes each time. I made sure that I had recent gas with a stabilizer additive. It ran ok for a while then it started missing. I called Generac and they recommended Four Brothers. I took it out there (Royse City location) a week ago . They finally got around to me and said I needed a new carburetor. i checked on prices and found several for my model at $24-$36. Here is Four Brothers estimate for service: Labor $118.75 Parts $149.40 Shop Supplies $ 11.88 Total Charges $270.03 Total Tax $ 23.10 Balance $ 303.13 THAT IS 50% OF THE COST OF A NEW MACHINE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That is a total RIPOFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DON'T USE THEM THEY ARE A SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Four Brothers Ford Tractor, Inc. Response

We quoted you an upfront price. That is not a scam. We are not a cheap shade tree lawn mower shop. If you want excellent service with highly trained mechanics then come to us. If you cannot afford what we quote then take it somewhere else. No need to try and drag our good name through the mud. $270 is a fair price.Review from Bruce M

I should have read some of the reviews before taking my polesaw for the replacement of a bent pole on my saw. I bought the parts there & had to have it put on. I asked before they replaced it how much it would cost for them to put the new pole on it & he said 30 min.-1hr of labor. I figured it would be the 1hr. rate so I said go ahead & do it. I went to pick it up a week after they said it would be done & was hit with $166.00 dollar tab for the labor (2 hr. rate). I am in the market for a new zero turn mower but I won't darken the doors up there ever again. Get quotes in writing with them or you'll be disappointed in the way they do business
