  We signed the contract with Avery Pools with assurances that the pool would be finished by May 2nd. Work was started on March 9th, 2023.There has been a consistent lack of communication from ************** or any of Avery Pools representatives. We have been promised in text messages that the work would be completed soon or "next week".There are still multiple steps before completion of the pool.The first several weeks people showed up and communication on what to expect was wonderful.Suddenly everything came to a crawl and work was sporadic. Communication started to slow down and soon became almost non-existent. We feel we have engaged in a best faith effort to communicate in an attempt to resolve this issue on our own.Since the communication from Avery Pools diminished, we have texted and called requesting communication to find out when the pool will be completed with no responses, have called both ****************** cell phone, the number listed on the Avery Pools website and left messages and have had zero responses.Please let us know if you need additional information. Our goal is to have the project finished and improved communication. We look forward to the assistance the BBB will render regarding this A+ accredited business.Thank you in advance,************************

  Thank you for contacting Avery Pools LLC. We appreciate you taking the time in letting us know of your concerns. Avery Pools, along with the entire industry and economy has suffered an almost deadly blow with the inflation of prices and federal rate hikes. Avery Pools LLC is currently seeking Bankruptcy Reconciliation and has eliminated 70% of its staff. We plan of finishing all projects but unfortunately it has been a difficult process. As for **************, he has had an extremely bad situation with his daughter from and accident. His absence is excused and it is unclear if he will be returning to Avery Pool. We predict that the Reconciliation will be complete within 2 months.

  I am rejecting this response because:

  We have deep compassion for the ***** family and their daughter.  We understand it is a life changing event and has impacted ****************** work.  We also understand the unfortunate economic situation that Avery Pools and the rest of the country is in.

  The response, unfortunately, has not address our chief complaint of the lack of communication and an actual date (or date range) for when the pool will be finished that is met.  We have had multiple dates provided for the plastering that was not met and have had to cancel water deliveries that were scheduled.

  To restate our goal from our initial complaint: To have the project finished and improved communication.

  We look forward to any communications from ************** or any Avery Pool representative to discuss our project and its completion date.  We do not feel communication through a third party meets our goal of improved communication.
