RE:Generac XT8000E 8000W/10000W ****************** Start Manufacturer *** from our store FactoryP...1. **** filled my order with a refurbished unit when I asked him for a new one. 2. It had only part paperwork in spanish only, I don't speak or read spanish however they (*****) who now I'm dealing with is sending pieces of the directions. 3. I want to return the Generator as it was'nt new and was told I couldn't as it was refurbished and not new, I told him I wanted new and was told they willn't take it back. 4. Forgot no 10' cord for multiple outlets for refurbished units. 5. To finish I couldn't get anywhere with FactoryPure and their employees, I had no choice to call my ******************* and disput the charge. They said they'll handle it and don't pay the credit card bill as they'll handle it. 6. Within a couple of days I herd from the trucking company that they'll pickup the Generator and palletize it as being a home owner I throughout the pallet. 7. I also puchased a GenTent a strong weather proof covering for the unit, I believe it came from another source as they emailed me a *** Label to send back which I did, everything is out of my garage and sent back. 8. All I can say is problem is now solved since my ******************* got involved, my experience was horrible. I hope no one else goes through what I did, by direct from the manufature or a reputable dealer that stands behind their product, HD/Lowes or again the manufacture. ***** *.

If I could rate this company a NEGATIVE 5, that would still be more then what they deserve. **** poor customer service, **** poor product quality, and **** poor warranty department. Do not waste your time or money with this company. Spend more and get more when it comes to Factory Pure.

I bought a Generac ****** generator that came with a one year old dead battery that would not even turn the motor over after 8 phone calls and 10 emails I never received my money back for the new battery I had to buy before the Generator would start. The battery was a whopping $71.00 that they would not reimburse me for very poor customer relations stay away from this Business

************* Brought a generator from them that was never delivered had is financed with company they recommenced now can't cancel contract because Factory Pure has not informed them generator was never delivered. Spoke with your representatives, ****** ***** ***** and *****, got the same story even though they have ***** Case number.

Very pleased with Factory Pure. After ordering I had an immediate question on shipping because it was coming via semi. I actually reached someone in the *************. Thats a huge plus when trying to convey your concerns and get more information. My question to the *** was regarding locating the area it was coming from and how I might go about contacting that location once I got more information on the shipping. It all worked out very well and the liftgate service was great. The company followed up with me on my purchase afterward to make sure that everything was as it should be, which I thought was good. That's the reason I am willing to give them a review. Thank you!
