    I VISITED THIS APARTMENT IN OCT . SHORTLY AFTER I PUT A ****** DEPOSIT ON A SECOND FLORR UNIT THIS IS A SENIOR BUILDING . THEN THE ELEVATOR BROKE THEN THE PART WAS DELAYED UNDER WARRANTY . THEN THE **** ALARMS WERE BROKEN . THEN THE **** ******** HAD TO GET A **** WATCH CAPTAIN TO WALK THE ***** TO WAKE PEOPLE . THEN THE BUILDING GOT A NEW PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY . THEN THEY HAD NO LEDGERS DID NOT KNOW WHO PAID WHAT.MEANTIME CHARLOTTE * SAID COULD NOT MOVE IN BECAUSE THEY WERE CHANGING THERE PROCEDURES . NOW IN MARCH I HAVE NO DEPOSIT MONEY . THE DEPOSIT WAS REFUNDABLE AS MY PAPERWORK SHOWS AND MY CHECK SHOWS WHICH THE FIRST PEOPLE CASHED AND ******* PROPERTY HAS NOT REFUNDED

    Hi ********,
    I'm sorry you've had difficulties with previous management.  It looks like you did apply to hold a smaller 2-2 some time ago.  I also see I offered you the lower price for our largest 2-2.  We do not have any on the first floor.  We have not had one on the first floor for some time.  I only have 2 left.  Here's what I have available:

    3002 (3rd floor, regular $1995)
    3050 (3rd floor, regular $2053)  

    I can offer one of these at the deep discounted rate of $1759 but cannot hold it for more than 30 days.  I understand if you want to cancel.  I'll refund your application fees and deposit.   I just need a forwarding address.  
    Let me know how you want me to proceed.

    UNFORTUNATELY THEY  HAVE NOT FOLOWED THRU WITH THERE  PROMISES AND WILL NOT NOW EVEN RESPONT TO E MAILS OR  OTHER 

    EITHER AT PROPERTY OR CORPORATE OFFICE
