    They are not a good insurance company they dont make payments on the house when you have something go wrong .

    If I could leave a no star I would, they closed my checking account without any notice and when I called they said there was nothing that they could do about it once they close an account its closed, Ive been banking with them since around 2011 and for them to close my account a week before my federal tax return was scheduled to be deposited into that account I truly horrible

    If you're going to bank with USAA, do not do so with any intentions of having more than a checking/savings account. Try to get a auto loan, you will be denied; try to get a personal loan, you will be denied; try to get a credit card other than a secured credit card, you will be denied. And all the explanation you get is a letter that lists "reasons" in bold and no telling you what to do to get approved. Auto insurance, yeah be paying the entire 6 month premium in full. Other than that, have at it

    I was rear ended by their client, and after a month trying to contact them, they only called me back after I opened complains with the better business bureau and the California Department of insurance.Their service shop has mishandled my car.I took my car to the Caliber Collision shop associated with them, after the accident and they had it for a week. Before the repair, my car was perfectno issues at all. When I got it back, I immediately noticed my car was stuttering, which was unusual. When I brought it up to them, they just told me to drive it around and that it would stop, and I was told it was all disconnected thats why the stuttering. Seven days later, my battery completely died. I had never had battery issues before, and the last time my engine and everything else was checked (late 2023), everything was fine. When my insurance company came to jump-start it, I was told it needed urgent replacement.I believe they mishandled my battery, as my cars battery went from working perfectly fine to needing urgent replacement right after being in their shop. If it was just an aging battery, it should have given me gradual signs of failure, but this happened after they had my car for a week. After researching, I now believe they may have disconnected my battery and didnt reconnect it properly, causing electrical issues and damaging it. If they did disconnect my battery, they saw its condition and failed to report anything back to meor maybe it was in perfect condition and they just mishandled the reconnection. The sudden failure right after the repair raises serious ************ the very least, this was careless handling of my vehicle, and I would not trust them with future repairs, nor USAA services.USAA, Im deeply dissatisfied with this situation. Its not fair that I now have an unexpected expense due to your service providers error. But dont you worry, I will never be your customer (Or recommend anyone to you).

    ********** in the world. Has been fraudulently reporting $19 charge off for well over 7 years on my account which is a red flag. I paid it off. They refuse to remove the negative marks. RUINING SOMEONE'S LIFE OVER $19 THAT YOU COULD HAVE JUST TAKEN OUT OF THE ACCOUNT IS DIABOLICAL AND ******* NOT TRUST THIS BANK! Also when i tried to move into my new rental and needed the money to pay deposit and first month rent, they would not let me increase my daily spend limit!!!! IT'S MY FREAKING MONEY!SCAMMIEST BANK. PEOPLE DO NOT SERVE FOR DECADES TO BE TREATED LIKE THIS. ***********. IT'S TIME FOR A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT.

    I called USAA as they are highly rated on ***************. As my dad served in the ******* I went thru the phone process to verify eligibility. This necessitated giving my Social Security Number, opting out of my personal info being used for advertising (it was neatly tucked into some other information I had to agree to and very quickly read through by the representative) that necessitates filling out a specific form; and giving the family service members personal identifying information. All this to be told at the end I am only eligible for health and life insurance not auto and home, which was my original request. Then, the representative transferred me to a partner company, which she couldnt tell me the name of. It happens to be Liberty Insurance and the rates are no different than if I called Liberty Insurance on my own. As a business that is highly recommended by many sites I am super disappointed in USAAs business model! It is unethical and comes across as a scam. They need to be upfront and say you dont qualify before asking for personal identifying information. Very disappointed in their business practices!

    Takes your money without notice and does not refund it. Lying and not helping the customer. Making you wait 10 days for a new debit they cut off without offering expedited option or even mentioning it ?! Then s******* you because they dont have a bank you can go in to get cash out or ATM when you have no debit to use since they turn it off.

    Probably the most useless insurance company out there. ** had multiple issues with them over the years between home and auto claims. My most recent experience with them was with my automatic payments and decided to only send one email informing me about it. They do not care about their customers what so ever, I will never be using them as an insurance company ever again.

    USAA is a **** disgrace! I uploaded pictures of my vehicles valid inspection which they would not accept from a state inspection facility. They wanted proof from carco. Why should I have to find a carco, go there, have all three of my vehicles reinspected and be charged for it? Meanwhile, they dropped the collision and comprehensive on one of my vehicles because they said it wasnt inspected when in fact it was. From the person answering the phone, to the supervisor I spoke with (******), they became sarcastic and rude. As soon as I hung up with them, I called Allstate, got insured within the hour, and dropped this disgrace of a company like 3rd period French. What a relief to be rid of them after only a few weeks. Nothing but a hassle from the beginning. Stay away from them. ********** should be ashamed for promoting this Mickey ***** ***

    They like to let companys steal your money out of your account. Literally THE WORST BANK to have. I filed a police report about the company that stole money from me and they dont do anything at all to help their customers kinda like president tangerine
