    They lie, cover up, and then think you are going to nit speak up for their morally injust business tactics. Business owner-29 years. Own my gym. One month after thecnext- Hurricane *****, 7/8/24:- generator stolen due to no cameras. No lights for 10 days.- reported to Amazon - disputed charges with both - ****** completed their investigation and zero out.- Frost refused to do so causing overdrafts on my business account.- proof provided. - request to close all accounts effective August 2024 - request via email to **** **********, Executive VP, 11thvstreet-***********- account was not closed " supposedly" until September 6.- received certified mail ro my place of business and residential informing account will be closed in 10 days.- they lied and said closed but kept open to initially keep my customers funds that may slip thru zelle. Clients informed *************** and new payments information for ***** and Venmo.- another payment slipped thru on 10/1/24. Client immediately called to informed she made a mistake and selected an invoice. I'm like how did it go thru? Account is closed.- They refuse to return money to my client and a lame excuse that there was a glich . 90 days later (10/30/24).- Headed there today with attorney. Secondly, they refused to give me my Fema check after ****************** sent to wrong account.vp verbally via phone refused to GIVE ME MY MONEY ONAN ACCOUNT THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN CLOSED 60 DAYS LATER

    They are horrible! They pushed through a payment and expect me to wait ****** days for the dispute process. Im paying off the money owed and closing my account.

    I applied for a personal loan and *******, the representative told me they would call me back in 1-2 days with an answer. They never did call back. When I called to follow up, I was told my application was denied because I was "outside of the coverage area". While that is understandable, what I can't understand is why they still pulled my credit, when ******* had my address info upfront and could have informed of this when doing the initial application. Alas, ****** leaned about Frost Bank and hope someone reads these reviews ahead of time.

    Accused me of fraud when my account information was stolen and checks where cashed using my identity. I went to the bank to inform them and they reassured me everything was fine just my card needed to be changed. So I made another deposit into the account then the fraudulent checks cleared and they blamed me when I was upstanding the entire time and came there to speak with them about the matter at hand.

    I am saddened by my experience with Frost bank. I had an auto loan with them, and I paid the loan off in February of 2023. I was told that the title would be mailed to me. After a couple months and no title, I called again. This time they informed me that I would need to go pick it up in person from the **** That seemed odd to me, so I waited a bit longer. I called a second time, and I was told that the request was never sent to release my title. They told me it would me mailed soon. I waited another month and still havent received anything. I called again and I was told that the title was released in February, and the *** probably sent it to an old address. If I would have had this information from the beginning, I would have my title and the situation would be resolved. After talking to 4 different Frost employees, I am now going through the process of replacing a lost title. It seems as if many of the people I spoke to were unaware of the process or not trained in it. I have closed all of my accounts with Frost and will be using a banking system that is able to provide guidance and clear answers.

    Frost Bank of *************** Rd experience was the most unprofessional Ive ever heard of.. My neighbor an I went to cash a check an Employee ************************* told us we cant cash the check because we dont have that amount of money? we went the next day to Walzem location no problem. Check was deposited. 3 days later Neighbor needed additional amount from her deposit. I returned to *************** Location. ************************* yelled at me told me "I told you not to go there I will block your account which she did. an put you out of the *ank .she went postal I didnt understand the check cleared. She said dont go walzem ! My neighbor was concerned the implication was check was fraud. after she left to go to ************************* called me an stated" Are you aware Ms * has your debit card and she's trying to get money/?". I assured her she didn't I had the cards. she then called my daughter which name is also on account.******** repeated the lie. This is deformation of character libel slander bullying elderly racial profiling abuse of power. she placed a block of all activities.. ******** came out to my car with a Security Guard standing in front my car. yelling. I was intimidated. embarrassed devastated. I was in tears an shocked . Frost **************** was informed of this employees conduct. Frost hasn't acknowledged this activity too place. my account was frozen.Ms. ****** was late an accrued penalties late fees. we informed the news station an are seeking legal counsel

    I worked with 2 employees of Frost Bank in *********** Texas while both employees very well Aware of my situation that I have a brain injury and I am handicapped they reassure me if I did invest my money with thier bank. If I needed to take it out early I would not lose a ***** I was on a conference call with them my brother and my niece. they were very well aware of my limitations to date I lost $6,828.21 please I need someone to help me. I contacted Frost Bank twice today on June 21st trying to reach the ************* Frost Bank ******* Frost. I gave them my number and I am hoping to hear from him!!

    Went into a frost branch located on 515 ************** *********** Texas ***** Went in to open up a secure loan for my personal and business. The ladies there were very rude, judgmental and unwelcoming. I had all my paperwork and they had their nose ** in the air. Decided to open up a 2 loans at another bank instead.
