I would NEVER recommend this company. The owner son ***** was supposed to do four years of my taxes and was paid at a very high rate to take care of this and come to find out apparently 3 of them have not been filed and no one will respond or return phone calls regarding this matter. Absolute worst experience I could ever imagine. Do not hire this company.

I would never recommend this person for anything, Her son who worked in her office did my taxes and they got into an argument and she took all of his materials (which included all of my tax documents) and refused to return them. He filed an amended return for 2021 which was incorrect. *** contacted me and he was no where to be found. I had to pay someone else to redo it. My 2023 taxes were not done and she (******* Aguirre) has all my documents. I called and left messages with no response; I left a message asking her to do my 23 taxes with no response; I called and offered her $500 if she would return my documents with no response. My taxes are not simple. I have rental property and she has all of my receipts. Her son filed a police report but as I said, I can't even get in touch with him. I had to pay someone else to do my 2023 taxes and scramble to do my best to get duplicate copies of what I could. It was an awful experience and put me under a significant amount of stress in addition to costing me a lot of money. I paid her son about $3500 for a tax return that was rejected by *** and now have to pay someone else to fix it. Someone reading this might say this is directed at her son...but she is the one that is withholding all my tax documents and it is her name on my Income Tax form. This is very unprofessional and clearly shows what kind of business she runs. Beware--she's not to be trusted. If she would do it to me, she would do it to you! Don't do business with this woman or anyone that works for her!

******* is very knowledgeable and understands what complications can arise from certain things aspects of business. She does a h*** of a lot good and someone's recommendation of her thought of things is unique and in the interest of the client. Ot herself. I will always be grateful for her. This business saved me money and I recommend Aguirre Bookkeeping & Tax Office
