  I was asked to place a deposit on two separate vehicles that I was interested in purchasing, after this deposit was placed. The duel in one of the vehicles fell off, and until that time I was notified that the fee was nonrefundable. On the second vehicle they actually were able to transfer whatever VA had deposited on the previous one and added to this one plus I had already given another amount of money for the deposit and that the sales person told me this was refundable and if you go to mini *** webpage deposits on the cars are 100% refundable. I had left for vacation was out of the country. The car arrived and was not able to tend to my phone for several weeks. They place the car in the market without Making sure I was notified. They sent an email and some messages that I saw until I came back, of course they say that the fees are nonrefundable its a total of $2750 which day dont want to give me back. I would understand if we had signed an agreement where Im aware that the fee is nonrefundable, but in this case I was told until the fee was paid and theres conflicting information given the one of the sales guys told me it was refundable. Unfortunately, he doesnt work there anymore.
