    I have hired this attorney two months ago to file a restraining order and modify custody orders for my children. Things that are pretty pressing in time. However I still havent been given a court date and when I try to check on the status of my case. I email and call my attorney daily and dont get a response for weeks. When I do get a response it says sorry we will call you and then I still dont hear anything back.

    I hired Mr. ********************** for the probate case since my mom passed away and did not have a will. I paid them to $5000 in November 2023 and here it is March 2024 and I havent spoken to them or they havent accepted any of my appointments called me nothing Ive made several attempts to contact them. No return phone calls Nothing no paperwork went filed. I sent them all kinds of documents regarding the case, and I havent heard a single thing.

    Hired Mr. ********************** in early November of 2023 and he said it would be quick and should be done by christmas. I have not heard from him since 28 February, 2024. I have set 19 appointments...calls and emails are NEVER returned. I have talked to receptionists, legal assistant and till this day nothing. I just want my 1750 retainer he got from me and did no work.

    I hired this law firm at the beginning of this year for my family law case. I paid $5000 up front. At first it seemed like things were going ok. I was getting responses to my emails and texts and receiving phone calls. However as time went on the communication severely decreased to the point where I wouldnt receive a response for almost a month. I decided to due to the lack of communication it was time to move on and terminate our legal relationship. I sent my termination letter by email on 8/24/23 as well as a certified letter via mail on 8/28/23. Mr. ********************** confirmed on 8/30/23 that he received my termination notice and he would let me know my refund amount. I followed up by email continuously since then. Mr. ********************** did not even file the order for withdrawal to let the court know he is no longer my attorney until 10/3/23! Mr. ********************** emailed me on 8/30/23, 9/14/23, and 10/2/23 that he would let me know my refund amount. I still have received no response. I just want this resolved.

    I hired this law firm to assist with my husbands criminal case. Payment was submitted on June 6, 2022. In the time that followed, I called to get a status update and see when Mr. ********************** was planning to meet with my husband. I was told over the phone a couple of times that he was going to the jail to meet on the day we spoke but these meetings would never occur. Within a week, the law firm quit answering their phones can began communicating through text with the same promises to call and meet with my husband, all of which were never completed. In my numerous calls to the law firm, the office now does not allow me to leave a voice message and text messages and emails are rarely returned. I have kept copies of all messages received from this firm were they have made empty promises. On June 22, 2022, Mr. ********************** finally filed his Appearance of Counsel, something he gave me the impression was being done once I paid the initial $1000. When this was received, I started to make my list of complaints of misleading statements and dishonesty. Mr. ********************** stated he would refund the money paid on June 27, 2022, due to the many misleading statements. We are now over a month since payment was submitted and 10 days since we were told a refund would be submitted and Mr. ********************** has still not met with my husband or issued a refund. He has forwarded emails from the on June 28th, but I truly believe that all faith has been lost. It is unacceptable and unprofessional to not meet with your client once within a month of payment being issued.
