The information requested is in the uploads. Work was performed without an authorization and charged for. I had to redo the maintenance work myself as the wrong oil was added to the engine. Please see uploads.

Issue:
Mr ****** brought in his 3 cyl Kubota Diesel lawn mower for an engine performance complaint. After preforming a compression check and diagnostic on his engine. We found that it had insufficient compression. We informed Mr ****** that the engine would need to be replaced or rebuilt.Customer response:
Mr ****** asked us to perform a filter and fluid change along with setting the valves. In hope that it would improve performance.Work performed:
We reset the engine valve lash, changed the engine fluids and filters as instructed by Mr ******* This is all documented on invoice S256760 with a total time in excess of 3 hours. Including the diagnostic and work performed. Our labor rate is $159.00 per hour. We had 3.7 hours in it and only charged Mr ****** for 3.Conclusion:
We followed Mr ******** orders and performed the work we were requested to do.If you have an additional questions, please contact ***************************** ************

The repairs were not authorized. The work that was performed had to be redone as the wrong oil was used as I had mentioned in my original complaint. I even kept the oil that was drained out as proof. Check with ***** that is who I spoke with regarding what repairs were authorized. Again the repairs were not authorized.
