What an incredible start, ******** ********** the Certified Structural Engineer arrived at our home on time ready to look at our foundation. Her abilities amazed us as we had never met anyone with this responsibility before and realizing that ******** was just as concerned about our sinking / cracking home as we are put us at ease. This is a one person show, she prepared us for what she might find and told us to follow along which my daughter did, after the inspection her explanation of the requirements to bring the home to level was explained in a manner we understood. ******** then prepared our report with estimates; this was in my hands later that afternoon for review. We called and e-mailed for a few days and then with Olshan's software signed a contract. The next step is the actual leveling of the home which we are anxiously waiting for. We are looking forward to the same type of persons we have met and corresponded with until now. One other person that made our decision Olshan was ***** who started the correspondence from our initial web query, her care and concern while keeping us informed met my requirements for a company that cares about making new and keeping old customers happy. Getting the confirmation that we needed major foundation repairs was not the best news we've ever received. ************************* came to our home to show us the root cause of the problem and offer an immediate and long term solution to fix. Apparently, the large trees on our lot (coupled with the ***** drought) were consuming any moisture in the lot that was intended for the foundation. Within a month, we had *******'s crew (***************** and crew) spend 4 days at our home and made repairs. Despite a huge bill, Olshan's 3rd party financing made it an easier pill to swallow and gave us peace of mind that we could still afford to make the necessary repairs. The lifetime/transferrable warranty was also a plus as we do plan on selling this home in a few years. ****'s crew worked EXTREMELY hard the four days they were here. They cleaned up very well after themselves when they left. All the doors that either caught or weren't closing properly now. In addition, all the external cracks have come together. The internal cracks are now hairline cracks and don't require as much repair as we initially thought. We would definitely recommend Olshan and if we ever have to use them again, we will.

Our family saw cracks, so we made an appointment with Olshan to check on our foundation. Getting someone to come over to our house for a free estimation was easy and fast. ********************************* was **************. He was amazing! He walked around the house and checked every corner. He concluded that our house did not need any repair, but he still showed us how to identify problems related to the foundation. We learned a lot from him today!Dear owner, please treat **** to some coffee if you read this review! He was amazing, knowledgeable, and patient ?? My called Olshan to estimate my over 35 years old house foundation. They helped with very friendly, professional and they dis every by their heart, any recommendations. They also have finance APR 0% for me within 12 month, it is wonderful, I am not worried to pay more than 10k in one time. Lifetime warranty is a joke. Spent thousands of dollars and they won't return my calls for pier adjustment. Our house has multiple cracks, bricks are separated on outside, doors won't open. I would not recommend this company.Olshan Foundation Solutions Response

My kitchen floor was becoming uneven over my crawlspace. I called Olshan Foundation Solutions to come out and assess the work needing to be done. Olshan Foundation Solutions visited and stated they could even my kitchen floor. Shortly after working on my kitchen floor, the problem returned. My floor is sinking again and causing problems with my kitchen cabinets, sink and floor tile. I spoke with someone at Olshan Foundation Solutions who came out and looked at the crawlspace and the kitchen floor. The unevenness was blamed on my floorboards. He suggested that I have my kitchen floor replaced. Also, he stated that my floorboards were uneven and if Olshan Foundation Solutions tried to straighten them, my refrigerator would tilt inwards. This was not the case when they collected my check and walked away.
