Concrete slab installed 11/10/2021 Cost $9,500 Let me start by saying I really dislike leaving a bad review that can affect someones livelihood but several attempts to resolve have gone unanswered. The project (a rectangular concrete slab for backyard sports). The sprinklers were supposed to be capped off but were not and we have had to replace the sprinkler system which was ruined and leaking. Towards the end of the concrete pour it seemed like they had run out of concrete and we saw them adding more sand/crushed granite. When this was questioned, we were advised this is normal and will not be an issue when the concrete sets. Not true - that area is soft and *****. The area is also not a true rectangle which is very noticeable when we started painting court lines on the slab. The biggest and most expensive issue is the crew hit our solar power inverter mounted on the side of the house with their bobcat and said nothing. We discovered the issue when CPS came out to investigate the error alarm they received. The inverter was fried. ****** came out with a crew member to assess and at first they tried to say it was not their fault. However, the point of impact was clearly visible. An argument ensued between ****** and his crew member. Finally, ****** advised he would figure something out and get back to us. I have spoken to the owner 3 times and each time he says he is calling his insurance company and will call me back but never does. We are $2500 out of pocket to replace the inverter. So very disappointed and frustrated. If the slab was next to perfect it would be easier but even that has issues. The sides are crumbling where they mixed sand in the concrete, ****** said its been too long and he will not come back
