  4/26/23 I went to Midas to get my car fix due to the struts were worn out they had to be replace. I didnt have the full amount of ******** per *****(manager) he adviced me of going through their third party finance company EasyPay that would help me with the cost and Ill be paying them about ****** to ****** monthly payments long story short I NEVER signed or agree on paying anything with this company until I knew what my monthly payments where going to be and their interest rate when I tried to login with my credentials (DOB, SSN) to this companys websight its tell me account not found.. Can you PLEASE help me this company is messing up my credit my bank indicated to me that this company has me as a write off owning them over ********!!! I really feel like I got SCAMMED and this company and just need it off my record and OWE them NOTHING my car is not even running right and I never got alignment either PLEASE HELP thank you P.s. look at their interest rate I would of NEVER agreed to this

  I arrived at Midas Automotive at ************************************* *********** **. ***** the date was 1/21/2023 around 5:**** I spoke to the manager name *****. My car was making a noise when I hit my brakes. He checked my car out first, when said it need a rear Hub assembly and it will cost $1,600. I told him I come back Monday it was on a Saturday. ***** told me my car would be too dangerous to drive. Than he told me he can fix one side of my rear hub assembly for $500. Cash right after there was a lady there said I give you a ride to the **** So I let her drive me to the *** machine and got out of my saving $500. **** drove back to Midas with her about time I got back 15 minutes later ***** was finished with my car. I paid the $500. Cash an left. On my way home my car still was making the same noise so I call back to Midas they was close. After I paid ***** he gave me this paper that I thought it was a receipt but it was a work order. So I call Midas the next day and spoke to ************ told him my car is still making that noise ?? he said it need my tired balance. A few days later I when back up to Midas Auto to get my tired balance ***** tell me the the balance machine is not working. A week later I when back up to Midas again and the same lady that gave me a ride to the *** was there and was not getting her car repaired she just hang up there. So I had ***** to look at my car and he said that they didn't fix the right repair and find out I didn't need a Hub assembly but I need Struct, and a wheel alignment wanting to charge me *****. Exacting the $500. Cash from that. That when I realized I was scams so I took a picture of the license plate the lady that hang up there then left. After than I call their corporate office Midas corporate office and they just talked to the owners and the owner denied my cast and never done anything about it. I also found out that what he charge me for the Hub assembly the 500. only cost $350. ***** scams me out of $500. Deceptive practice.
