            Fraudulent charges- ****** from fit-lifeMD also known as vitanovaaesthetics.com under billing ,knowingly over charged my card on file without consent . They were trusted to safeguard my financial information as well as my personal/ medical information. There was zero notification of transaction prior to overcharging my card.They then deflected and denied when confronted. *** tried to work with them in good faith but never received a phone call or in person meeting as i requested with owner. They sent an email response from the same general email address and its unclear who i was directly speaking with. They said they would refund all overcharges but nothing has been refunded to date. They offered ***** but they haven't refunded even that to date. I'm seeking all 2***** for services never received. They also charged for labs I never received. I will be requesting all billing and invoice information as well as formally requesting medical records. I have also filed against the fraudulent charges with the attonery general and request immediate resolutions towards refunding the fraudulent over charges. I have never received a response from my last email , nor a phone call or an in person discussion as requested.
