We ordered a headstone for my dad, she said was gonna take 9 months - 1 year. Its been over a year, I and multiple family members have called, emailed, and texted her, shell answer then wont respond or would say that she wasnt in office and shell answer our questions the next day, never hear from her. I dont understand how she thinks its okay to take advantage of people in such a vulnerable state. And now her business is temporarily closed because she had to relocate. Shes such a terrible person.Review from Bertha V

Like most of the complaints on this page, same happen to me. Bought stone with promises of being installed within a time frame, nothing happened. Sadly, our money is gone unless we take her to court which i doubt as we cannot find her. Our funeral salesperson recommended her as she is her niece but they claim they can't locate her either. No star rating as we all lost our money. Talked to her some months back as neighbor next to her business called her. ***** said not to worry that she would be coming back and take care of her customers. Went back and neighbor said her boyfriend had come over and trashed the office.

We paid ***** too and went to the location and nothing. She agreed to a refund and nothing yet. She stopped replying to my messages . She is a thief and is stealing peoples money but yet fundraising with a ministry. She is not a good personReview from Esmeralda H

I ordered my brothers monument September 2022 and was told it would be delivered within **************************************************************************************** May 2023 and she could only say she was sorry and again assured me we would have the monument by the deadline as promised . I made another attempt in July for status only to find out the business office number was disconnected. I texted her on a different number she gave as her second contact for text only purposes but she has yet to reply. I went again to the place of business and sadly it is closed . There is a lockbox on the door and all the display monuments in the front of her business are gone . She is definitely gone and has now our monies and we have no monument as promised. She does not deserve a star at all .We will be in contact with a lawyer .Angelic Monuments Response

I have been in contact with *********************** in September and explained the reason for my move but assured her that her brother's headstone would be delivered. The headstone has been delivered and she is satisfied with the design and services.Review from Sandra D

I think she should be shut down and made to pay back all the money we paid her and more for the sadness we have had to go thru.we can't even believe she would do this to the Dead. I want my money back so I can go somewhere else. It took my brother's and me alot to come up with the money. She is a poor excuse for a human beingReview from Margaret P

Deceitful,Unacceptable, has all my money. Accept the cemeteries portion; 7 months after it should've been delivered, we still have no Stone.I warn people to be aware of scammers like this. She plays a good ******* front. No stars for this company. Wish I didn't have to choose a star she does not deserve it.
