My experience with North Park was very good. I worked with ******* and he took the time to speak with me before I arrived. He recommended several cars and had them ready when I arrived. This was very helpful so I did not waste time looking at multiple cars. The customer service from all the employees was impeccable. I would highly recommend them for your next purchase of a vehicle.

This is the worst customer service ever. I called parts, service, and sales, and they kept transferring me and keeping me on hold for over an hourhorrible customer service. Because the calls are not recorded, they decide to play mean with customers. I called more than five people today. They all kept me on hold for a simple question about a part cost.Review from Megan B
