A couple of weeks ago, I was contacted by this dealership to bring my vehicle for recall work. When I brought my vehicle in, I also ***orted a problem I've been having for a while with an error on the UConnect system. Everything was fine at first and they even provided a loaner. When I went to pick up my vehicle, I was disappointed to find out that nothing had been done. The paperwork said that there were no parts available., so I took my vehicle and went home. I came back because I left an item in the loaner and I was able to speak with a tech who informed me that no parts are needed for the recall, and that it only requires a software update. I waited at the dealer while they performed the software update, and all was ok. I asked about the problem I ***orted with the UConnect error message, and was told that they could not fix it because it was out of warranty. I spoke to the manager and informed him that I brought the vehicle in for a diagnosis last year when it was still under the original warranty. I was told that they needed to order a part and that I would be called when it arrives. I was never called. The manager found the records I spoke about and offered to order the part and have it fixed. Someone called me to schedule an appointment for 07SEP2024 and I accepted. I called on the morning of the appointment to verify the time, only to find out that I have no appointment. I asked to speak to the manager and was told that there were none available. I asked the *** to see if maybe my appointment was set for another day, then he asked me for my name. It made me wonder how he can tell me that I do not have an appointment if he doesn't know my name. He put me on hold and never came back so I hung up. Days went by without hearing from anyone, so I left an honest review hoping that someone would contact me. No one ever did. I called today and was told by the manager that they are not going to fix my car because I left a negative review.

I brought my vehicle in to the service department in order to resolve 2 different factory recalls and to fix my rear seat (which was stuck at the time). Upon drop off I was told that Chrysler did not have a fix or parts to repair 1 of the recalls but could handle the other. So since they did not have a loaner vehicle we then agreed if the vehicle was not worked on within a couple days that I would get the vehicle back since I needed it for a vacation. Well the few days passed and they called me to pick up the vehicle since they were not able to work on it in time. Now before I picked up the vehicle I called the service department to reschedule for the next week on a Thursday to leave the vehicle and handle the repairs (this time with no time constraints) so I speak to a women who says she scheduled me in for next week then I picked up the vehicle within a few hours of that day. So the Thursday comes in which Im unposed to drop off the vehicle and they say they have no appointment scheduled for me but that it was okay to leave the vehicle so they could repair. A week goes by and I havent heard from them so I call for an update and request a loaner vehicle again. That day I'm finally able to get a loaner vehicle upon request and a few days later the service department calls back to say that in order to repair the rear seat it would be $3200 since there was a bend in the hinge and would not be covered under warranty so I said dont worry about it Ill handle it another time. Couple days pass and its time for me to pick up the vehicle and they had magically come up with a fix for both factory recalls and they charged me $250 for looking at the rear seat. Well the next day ** driving and her the seat wiggling hard so I get back there and Im able to lift the seat completely out and when I flip it I see the hinge is severely bent. Thy had ripped out the seat, damaged it and are refusing to cover it under warranty. They are ignoring me and refusing to fix.

My experience at North Star Chrylser Jeep Dodge ********************** is single handedly the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I was having issues with my 2018 Chrysler ******** being unable to maintain a charge, and randomly shutting off in July of this year, and brought my vehicle in for service. Upon arriving, the service advisor ****** ran a quick test and told me the vehicle was throwing up 69 codes. I was later contacted and told that the issue was with the batteries needing to be replaced. I authorized this and requested that the oil be changed as well. On 08/01 I went to pick up my vehicle, and drove my vehicle until 08/14, when it refused to start, again. We have 2 very good mechanic friends who opened the hood of the vehicle to see if they could get it running so I could take it to the dealership. They replaced the starter for me, as well as all the spark plugs. At this point one of the mechanics noticed that the coolant was completely empty and asked if the dealership hadn't just changed my oiI (which I paid for). This indicates one of two things, either they didn't change the oil and didn't top up the fluids, or the head gasket was damaged (which can cause the vehicle to misfire, ultimately draining the battery). We immediately drained the oilpan and the first thing to come out was all the coolant, followed by the blackest oil I have ever seen, indicating that the oil had never been changed AND problems with my head gasket. I reached out to ****** and told him that I was experiencing the same issues, I told him about the oil and was told to have the vehicle towed to the dealership (at my cost). On 08/21 my vehicle was towed to the dealership, and within 4 hours was contacted and told that the 500 amp fuse that goes to the starter was blown. I authorize this fix, and do not hear anything until 08/25, so I reach out and am told that the part still needs to be ordered, and would take another 5 days. At this time I am also told that the cause of the misfire (what misfire? this is news to me) is a vacuum leak, and I need to replace the *** tube. I personally make a quick phone call to ****** Chrysler. Within 10 minutes I found the part (fuse) for them, how nice of me. Finally, on 09/12 I go to pick up my vehicle and immediately notice that the driver side mirror has been broken. I go to pay, I discover that they also replaced a battery sensor which I never authorized, but I need my vehicle and have been assured that technician 348 (also the same one who 'changed my oil' in July) drove my car A LOT, and there is no issues. My head gasket issues are completely dismissed. On the service invoice, the odometer in is ****** and the odometer out is ******. My odometer says a completely different number, ******! Common sense tells me that ****** made an error, but if Tech 348 had actually looked at my mileage, he should have caught this. He didn't, he clearly just pulled a number out of a hat. Not only that, but in Tech 348's notes, he indicates he drove it 6 miles, but apparently he can't do math? Well, I am again assured that my vehicle is perfect, but can see that the gas tank is COMPLETLY empty. I take my car to the gas station directly across the street. My model of vehicle hold 19 gallons of fuel, and I had to put in ****. In the 16 mile drive to my house my coolant dropped from full to the fill line. I go to start my car and guess what, it misfires again and the check engine light comes on and starts to shake violently. I called ********* he sends a tow truck to pick it up. On 09/14 ****** sends a message telling me that they want to do an engine breakdown, I requesting a compression and boroscope on cylinder one, and ask how much this is costing me. ****** tells me that it will not cost me anything, as they are committed to finding the problem and I have not received the best service from them. On 09/18 ****** send me pictures of the engine and tells me the that there is sludge from improper maintenance (my records are meticulous). Then radio silence until I receive a bill for the teardown.

On 9/29/2023 I dropped my newly purchased used vehicle to have a bad battery replaced. When I dropped the vehicle off I was told they did not know when the vehicle would be ready. I received a call 5 hours later stating that the battery would be $519 to replace. When I declined the service the service advisor told me it would be $219 because they used a "machine" to test the battery. As I would stranded and my vehicle was being held I ended up paying to get my vehicle back.

I bought a 2022 ram , I immediately told them about a problem with the windshield they looked at it and told me it was normal , I checked other trucks and is not normal it seems like the windshield seal is no good , took it back again and they told me it was out of warranty, or almost out , they check other things on the truck and keep it for a week , told me that everything was fixed, and is not now they left my dashboard disconnected and a lot of things on it wont work anymore not to mention that the windshield is worst . I think they are just waiting for my warranty to expire.

I went in may 6th to buy this vehicle the price that was showed in their website was $32,910 I traded in my Jeep renegade and had $6,000 of postive equality, then was given $1,000 rebate then $1410 refund from warranty towards deal. Total of $8,410 of down payment. Which shouldve meant I finance $25,500. This place increases the sales price to ****** to recover the money they gave me for my trade. Plus some. Also they are selling my vehicle for $26,900 the one I traded in. They were advertising a price on line which I gave the photo of and they didnt honor that price. I think its only right that I am refund the money to my financing company that was increased on the sale. Currently I have a total finance of $32,400 with my finance company. Thats $7,000 more then what I should owe. Some how some way they got away with having me focus on the monthly payment Vers the total amount. I am willing to settle this for at least $4,000 refund back to my finance company. Please any all response should be done here with bbb.
