We utilized the parking lot, paid and spent time downtown in ***********. We then received not one but two notices that no payment had been received and was being charged $80. We have tried emailing and calling the office for resolution and I have called 18 times in one day and no one is ever available to speak to and my email was never replied too. This is a very shady business practice and they bully you into paying more money for a parking space in the excess of $110.

On or about Feb 25th 2023 I visited the ******************* to meet up with a friend in town attending a conference. I happen to park in this lot. Upon entering there were several signs posted offering various ways to pay. One such option was to register online and have your license plate scan used to determine time in and out and then apply payment. I all of my information including cell phone number and received confirmation I was good to go. The next day, having parked in that lot again, I received notice that I had not paid and Platinum wanted to Maximum amount for the day. I filed a dispute sent photo evidence. Platinum is now sending demand letters after having never responded to my dispute or my email. I equate this to extortion and fraudulent practices.

On 1/8/23 I parked on lot 558 while participating at convention center for a volleyball tournament. Notice1000074458 was mailed to me showing a picture of my car advising parked out of compliance. There were no lines or numbers to refer to. I also parked across the street with Platinum as well. I received 2 receipts 1 for each day I parked 1/7/2023, 1/8/2023. The parking pass number for 1/8/2023 is ********* with a location of **************** and the Platinum Parking Receipt shows location lot 558.I am being threatened with vehicle impoundment or immobilization in any reciprocal parking spaces and to refer to a licensed collection agency and/or attorney. Your assistance in this matter is appreciated

I received a bill for parking even though I never parked in the lot. The vehicle had also been sold before this, so it is not even in my name. The **** sent only shows a vehicle driving, not in a parking spot, and there is no way even to see the licensee plate and it could be a completely different vehicle. I attempted contact with them before, but they did not respond except to send another bill

On 11/26/2022 we parked at ******** St. Lot 558. The pay/************ was not working properly and there was no attendant. We managed to get enough of the lic plate in to produce a ticket and placed on the dash. We paid $21.65 and received a failure to pay notice (#**********) mid-december. We immediately filed a dispute with proof of payment from our bank (decription at bottom with date). To date, they have not responded to the dispute and we just received a COLLECTION notice for $80.00 dated 1/10/23. We checked the website and it simply says "dispute submitted". This business has some serious equipment, customer service and quite frankly ethical issues. Paying customers are being fleeced for additional money and being threatened with collections.

My name is *********************************** and I received a parking violation from Platinum Parking on September 3, 2022, the same day as the San Japan convention downtown, which I attended. I entered their parking garage to look for parking but there was none available so I headed for the exit. The woman working the exit let me, along with a line of cars ahead and behind me, out due to unavailable space. Before I left she told me she hadnt been able to put out the lot full sign yet. So I left and went next door, also a platinum parking lot, and paid $20 for parking; which I still have the receipt for. The first letter I received was for a $50 violation. The last two are now for $80 along with the possibility of my vehicle being towed or immobilized if I used their facilities again. I have reached out to this company several times but get no response. I have tried contacting them through the website on the letters, but cant bring them up. They have not returned my phone calls or email. And only one out of the three emails I have found on their website is valid. I feel I have given the company ample time to respond, but if this does not come to a resolution they have stated in the letters that they will send my violation to a collection agency. Below I have included a picture of the first letter I received of the $50 violation as well as a picture of the $20 parking receipt, which unfortunately is partially sun bleached from sitting in my car. I have included two versions of the picture. One is inverted in hopes that it would be easier to read.

I paid for parking at the pay station on 9/12 and it did not print the recipiet/ticket that is required to be displayed on the dash in order not to be towed from this lot. I called their office 4 times with no response--no answer and no return phone calls to my voicemails I left. I also submitted a contact form online and have not gotten a response there either. I paid $17 for parking that I was not able to utilize and had to pay the same price AGAIN to park in a different lot. Terrible (non-existent) customer service.
