Very unprofessional. ***** sent a 20 yr kid to do my initial intake assessment. Upon meeting him I thought he was quite young for what I was needing. I was hoping for an older adult that understood the needs of a middle age body. I went thru the assessment which basically consisted of times exercises. I explained again of what I was looking for. I said I can not afford to pay many sessions in advance. I was told that the invoices go out on the 1st. I said I'd think about it. The contract was emailed to me. I was sent a text to tell me so. After 2 days I received texts from 2 ppl asking if I was going to sign the contract. Feeling less confident about this company & more like they were pushing for a sale really upset me. I messaged the person that came over and said so in very plain explanatory terms. I also contacted the owner, *****. He said the invoices go out 2 times a month. Putting me more at ease. I then see the messages from the kid all with an aggressive attitude about being a trainer and not a sales person. Taken aback by his lack of understand my text I responded, telling him that any transaction with a contract is a sale. He still was "mad" for his own personal selfish reasons that didn't even exist. Making my issues of signing up about Himself. The owner sided with him which I find rather unethical. I was dumbfounded that this owner who I Thought was Professional would turn away a customer over his employees selfish tantrum that had nothing to honestly do with Him. I'm sure this isn't the 1st time & won't be the last time that he loses a customer bc of a kid with a self complex issue. But very unprofessional & unethical. I'm glad that was disclosed before I was committed by a contract.
