We purchased a ********* pool and paid in full for install and delivery of the pool for a specific amount and we have it on paper 4-5 weeks install. The owner **** could not find anyone to do the install so we found someone and bill agreed to pay him the install price he requested. The day of pool delivery, the guy delivering the pool said bill never agreed to that price and they wasnt paying. We have it on paper that this company agreed to pay him and then us pay an additional price even though we already paid this company for install. We are asking for our install price from this company plus the additional we had to pay for the new installer.

            08/23/2022

The customer agreed to get their own installer and split the difference in cost of the install. Their installer has not completed the total install, so we need the installer to complete the total install as per the home owner. Once their installer completes the job then then they should be satisfied. As per agreement..

            sincerely,

The issue is NOT resolved.  That is false information he provided.  The business we got the pool from, his installer refused to come to ******, which is 1 1/2 hours away from them.
We found someone who would dig the hole for *****.  We contacted **** at the business and he said okay give me his contact so we did. **** and him talked.  We also spoke with **** after to confirm and then the date was set.  When the guy got here with the pool hes telling us that **** agreed to only pay him $500.00. And the guy was already halfway thru digging the hole.  He made the guy stop digging.  We tried for over an hour to reach bill and he never answered.  ***** business partner said they are not paying him.  We told them we will see them in court because it was agreed and we already paid bill in full for pool, extra $500 for delivery and for install. The guy we found told him he can put the pool in the ground for $2,000.  ***** business partner knowing that we have a legal case came up with a solution that they would pay our guy we found $6,000 and we have to come up with another $1,000 to fulfill the $7,000.  We also had to pay an extra $586.00 for fill dirt which was originally included in this businesses install price and my husband and I connected the plumbing which was also what was included in the install price. And we had to pay our concrete guy an extra $550 for him to fill the dirt back around the pool which was part of install.
Bills business partner came up with $2500 in cash that day and gave to the guy doing the hole to make everyone shut up which tells us that they know they were wrong.

So right now we are over
            $1,000
            $586.00
            $550
Of what we originally were supposed to pay for the install.
Also, the delivery guy who delivered the pool made a comment that our pool was never going to be installed because of the location and distance.

A day later the guy we fouNd to dig the hole contacted bill to get the remainder $3500. And bill asked for a letter from us showing that it was done.  I will attach to this email.

Also, I stopped and spoke with **** and he told me hes going to pay this guy the rest and for us to give him the price of what we fished out and he would go talk to finance and get our money as long as I would delete the claim with the BBB. As of yet, we have not gotten any reimbursement from this company.

so when the owner, ****, decides to pay us what we had to over pay and pay the guy we found who he agreed to pay to dig the hole then this case will be closed and I will request for this post to be Deleted and if not then further action will be taken.

he is the one who sold an item and could not fulfill.  And was paid in full. And we have witnesses from his facility who even told us that our pool was going to sit for a very long time even though our contract states at the top 4-5 weeks.
