We hired cornerstone parole services ***************************** and *************************** for a parole attorney to represent my mother for her parole hearing. They failed to complete the parole packet and didnt not speak to the parole board on her behalf. They failed to do everything they stated in the contact they also failed to file and ***** to the county as they said they would. I called the district clerk and and parole and nothing was received on my mothers behalf then when confronted they became confrontational and avoiding our phone calls. So my aunt works for a law firm and she looked into them and they are not parole attorney or paralegal like they claimed to have been as well as not having license or certifications theyre business is fraud and I was told to report this to the better business bureau

I had sent this PDF to ************************* back on July 26, 2023. That's where I was told to email it, so how come she didn't notify the proper people that she'd received it? It went to her email address. Hopefully, y'all receive this one. Thank you and y'all have a good day!

    Complaint: 20312001

I am rejecting this response because: I can not open the file as well as since reporting to the better business bureau they have grew to be more spiteful by withholding important documents regarding her parole. I can obtain text messages proving that they are withholding the documents if need be also I am writing this on behalf of my mother *************************** who is currently incarcerated right now. I am her advocate and everything that you are going to read is coming directly from her mouth. These are her words. I was informed to call cornerstone after the first complaint case filed on 7/12 ****************** called my family friend to tell me to call ***************** and I spoke with *************************** twice, once on 7/24 and the last conversation was 7/25. There was way too much said to have to go into details, but every phone conversation in TDC is recorded and Im going to the length I need to, to see to it that they are kept on record. After speaking with ****************** on the 24th he then called my family friend on the 25th with a completely different story than the previous day and accusing my daughter and I of lying. I called him back on the 25th at 7:45 PM asking him why he did this after we already talked, he then began yelling and cursing at me very aggressively, putting the blame for their unprofessionalism on my 20 year old daughter who was only speaking on my behalf. He completely lost control of his temper and entire self and continued to blame my daughter. The conversation quickly escalated until he finally screamed you know what F off you stupid B and then hung up on me. He then texted my family friend harassing him this morning on the 26th and they will not leave us alone. This is gone way further or beyond a business level. I feel very threatened and I am worried about retaliation. I am no longer comfortable with having any contact with them. My family and I wish to be left alone and any other text or phone calls will be considered harassment. Im addressing this matter to you. My family and I no longer feel comfortable dealing with them in anyway. Thank you for your time.

    Regards,

    ***********************
