DO NOT USE THIS FIRM!!! We hired ********** as our agent in 2022 and other than filing the Appointment of Agent form he did NOTHING to protest/reduce our value. We found out no protest had ever been filed. We tried numerous times to contact him via email, text and calls but received no response. I finally got a hold of someone at his office and expressed my frustration. The ***************** basically told me it was my fault for not contacting them and staying on top of the matter. I explained to him that we had contacted them and said I could send proof. He got very rude and told me if we weren't happy we could go with someone else...so we did.Review from Chris L

I had paid *******************, to represent us in Aransas county for tax year 2021 on multiple properties and I paid him a retainer to represent us. ********** never showed to represent us at the protest meeting and he never told us he was not going to do so. I got confirmation from the appraisal district that no one showed up to protest. I called and emailed ********** about it and he did not respond to either message. He later told us via email that he would reimburse us for the retainer check we sent him and he never did. He was also upset that I sent him a ************************************************************************************ for.Review from LuAnn M

The tax year 2022 is the 3rd year we have protested our Bexar County property tax through Reagan ***, LLC. We have never been disappointed with the results we have received through this service and look forward to continuing our business with this consultant. As with all legalities, it is important to provide as much documentation as you can to support your protest and submit it in a timely manner. The better job we each do, the better job the consultant can do.Review from Patti P

This guy will protest your taxes but without your permission will just keep doing this year after year. You cannot talk to him. He doesnt respond to texts or emails. He gets your tax assessment and wont let you see it. I finally had him revoked and hope others can steer clear of a person like this. He does what you can do for a fee and a % of what he saves you. You can do this for free which is what Ill be doing. Horrible customer service.
