    On Dec.25, 2022, I purchased 2 pairs of shoes from this company. One pair of mens shoes and a pair of Womens boots. The total was $126.73. On or around Jan. 4,2023. I received the mens pair of shoes. A few days later I called the company and asked about the Womens boots and the woman said they were on back order and will be shipped in 2 weeks and Ill receive an email when shipped. On Jan. 20, 2023 I hadnt received an email or boots so I called back and were told they shipped. So on Jan 24, 2023, still nothing. So I called back, and talked to *****. She said they were shipped and she will email shipping information. Today is the 30th. I have no emails and no boots. Order #********. It is the Womens ankle boots size 9.5W that is missing. I would like the boots or refunded.

    I placed an order (#********) for a pair of shoes on 11-17-22. The amount, $151.54, was immediately deducted from my bank account. I never received an email confirmation of my order and after checking daily, nine days later their website still showed no shipping information. The only note on my order was payment accepted. I contacted them through chat on the website ***** to cancel the order and ask for a refund, as the event I needed the shoes for was to occur within a few days. They did not respond to this online message. On ****, I called and again requested the cancellation and refund. I was told that the order had been cancelled based upon my web message, but a refund had not been issued. I was told a refund would be processed that day. It was not. I called again this morning, ****, and again was told that the order was cancelled but for some reason no refund had been issued. I was assured the refund would be processed today and that I would receive an email confirmation regarding the refund. I have received neither the email or the refund. The amount shown on the attached screen shot of the invoice is the pre-tax price of $139.99, the total billed with tax was $151.54.
