Today, my husband, my two small children and I went to skate. We paid, were allowed to enter, and immediately went to get our skates. They did not have small enough skates for my youngest daughter and they did not have the rails to hold on to. I expressed that we would not be able to skate without them and the associates apologized. While I accept their apology and understand its not their fault they dont have the appropriate supplies, they refused to give me a refund. Again, not their fault but it is the fault of the business to make it apart of the policy to not offer refunds in specific situations. We were there for a total of five minutes. Paid $40 couldnt skate because of they couldnt accommodate us and refused to just give me my money back. Thats no way to do business. They didnt provide me a service. You know your a crooked business when you have a no refund policy. When you have a successful, well established business, you should be able to pride yourself on the confidence that youre guest will have a great time and have their needs met, so much so that you dont need a no refund policy. The cashier saw the size of my children. Toddlers. He couldnt have told me when I paid for all four of us to skate, prior to letting me in that they couldnt accommodate children that small. Such a shame.
